We enjoyed this tour. It covered a lot of ground, so you do need to be able to walk quite a bit. The food was good; the stories interesting.
Guide was very knowledgable and entertaining. She gave a great taste of local culture. There is a lot of walking involved up and down Lisbon's many hills, so bring good shoes.
Martha was very knowledgeable about food and Lisbon. She introduced us to many interesting and delicious food choices in Lisbon. We had many more sips of ginjinha during our stay in Portugal after being introduced to it by Martha.
The seafood meal was a great surprise, and the ferry ride was fun This is something that we would not have done on our own.
We enjoyed the small size of the group tour. It was possible to talk to and get to know the other people in the tour from our country and other parts of the world.
Nice and Abel guide and a very interesting walk . Food and wine very satisfaktory

Fabulous tour. only 3 of us and Martha, our guide, was excellent. we saw so much of Lisbon we would not have been comfortable to see on our own, and it gaves us confidence to wander around Lisbon on our own afterwards. the best was the ferry ride and the seafood and green wine - however afterwards i twice ordered green wine at different restaurants and was given white wine and told there is no green wine `with bubbles`??? so that was a bit disappointing as the green wine on the tour was similar to champagne, very tasty and refreshing

This was a lot of walking, but well worth the time. The green wine and seafood lunch was awesome..
Really informative,, well organised and good value.
Paolo did a wonderful job. His knowledge of Lisbon's history and culture was well woven into the walking tour. We especially enjoyed the explanation of Lisbon's ethnic and racial diversity. The hidden gems he took us to were a treat unto themselves.

This tour is fantastic! My son and I loved Margarida. She had so much great information and took us to great little non-touristy places for food and drink and other art and historical sites. The food and wine choices were delicious. One of my favorite tours, ever. Margarida answered all of our questions - historical and current events. Super interesting and a pleasure to talk to and spend half the day with. Definitely recommend!
This tour was the best way to see the city in a short period of time. Our guide Paulo was interesting and so knowledge about Lisbon's history, culture and people. It was our favourite part of our stay in the city. Highlights were the tastings, the view of the city from across the river and the lesser-known parts of the city which we would not have thought to visit.
Great guide, great city! :-)
Margarita was an excellent guide. She took into consideration individual differences and requests whenever possible. The restaurants she chose for tastings were delightful and varied.
Why did we start and stop at different places? That's hard for newcomers to Lisbon.
This was a present from our daughters to enjoy during our time in Lisbon. Wow! Once again they got it right! Sofia our guide was amazing making the tour with her a highlight of Lisbon.
We had a fascinating tour through the history, culture and cuisine of Lisbon thanks to our our excellent guide Margarida. The tour was just perfect even for those of us who had already been to Lisbon as Margarida takes you to the best hidden treasures of the city that you wouldn't find otherwise!
