Paolo our guide was very informative and tried to show us the none touristy side of LIsbon. He was very knowledgable about the food and drinks that we sampled. He explained their preparation and cultural significance. It was a very interesting tour, and well worth the price.
Fabio was a brilliant tour guide who gave us lots of insight into Lisbon, the people, and especially the food! Not to be missed!
I enjoyed this tour very much indeed, unfortunately didn't have a camera but retraced my steps as soon as I did, so many unexpected and interesting things that would not have been discovered without the tour. The Guide particularly comfortable with our small group, very informative and at ease, making it a relaxed but packed tour, worth every cent.
Advertised as a 3 hr tour but we spent nearly 6 hours learning about and seeing a range of interesting areas
in the city, as well as tasting a range of food items (pastries, cheese, marmalade, seafood) and drinks, including coffee, port and Green wine. Our guide, Paulo, was incredibly knowledgeable, not only about the city but of Portuguese history, as well as imparting many useful tips about transport, eating out, local entertainment and shopping. The ferry ride across the river was good, although the views to the city were obscured by fog. This tour was an excellent starting point for our 3 week tour around Portugal, and when we returned to Lisbon for a further 2 days before our flight home, we felt we knew the city well and found our way around easily.
This was a last minute choice booking that we did not regret taking.
Fabio was an excellent guide. Friendly and knowledgeable he was fun to be with during our time together.
If you want to really know Lisbon, take this trip.
This was a wonderful walking tour through some old areas of Lisbon, including the former Moorish ghetto and the birthplace of Fado. The guide had a real gift for making history come alive, and also gave us some insight into the way Lisbon families live today. We also enjoyed a ferry ride across the river. Highly recommended!
Great walking tour. Marta was a superb guide, very engaging and informative. A great introduction to various areas of Lisbon with short stops for enjoyable eats and drinks. Great value and highly recommended.
This is a terrific tour and comes highly recommended. We walked around Lisbon, crossed the Tagus in a boat and ate at a terrific casual restaurant. Sophia was a great tour guide.
The highlight of our stay in Lisbon,The guide Maggie was excellent and she shared with us her passion for Lisbon and its history. Great value for the money and I would highly recommend this trip.

Our Tour Guide Martha was very knowledgeable and patient.
Couldn't thank her enough for spending the day with us.
Definitely check it out
My sister and I had a wonderful experience. The tour guide was absolutely lovely. What should have been a 3 hour tour turned into a 7 hour tour as we had so much fun. We were quite lucky as we were joined by 2 American woman so it was all us girls together.
What I would suggest is that you take plenty of water and wear sensible walking shoes. The tiled floors in Lisbon are quite slippery and we nearly fell over a couple of times. You don’t have to be a fit person to complete this tour. I never exercise and I handled it fine.
Paulo, our guide was excellent. He was passionate about showing Lisbon to our small group of two couples. We had a good time and we were able to sample many delicacies along the way. With our permission, he even extended the half day tour to almost a full day.
I really enjoy this walking trip with food tastings. The guide was fantastic and we spent more time than the schedule time, it was good for us but not for the guide but he never show any displeasure towards us. I would highly recommended this tour.
The tour was fabulous - Margerite was wonderful and she was able to give us the history of the city, complete with cultural and societal explanations as she took us around the less "touristy" parts of the city. Tastings included: cheese/marmalade and ham, complete with port, beer, coffee and pastries - then we took a ferry across the harbor to the best lunch place, complete with green wine and the sweetest, freshest shrimp you'll ever have! Overall, a great tour for the price, and we were able to get great our feel for how to get around the city, complete with recommendations around Lisbon for the rest of our trip. I highly recommend this tour to anyone who wants to see parts of the city you may not have seen on your own and learn about the city as well.
