A very interesting day.

A fantastic place to visit. Very interesting. Take your swimmers if it is hot weather, as the river is a great way to spend a couple of hours.

We took a train from Prague - wonderful scenery - to the historical town of Cesky Krumlov, which is a UNESCO World Monument. Cesky Krumlov has a wonderfully furnished castle - the Masquerade Hall was totally unexpected. The gardens were also beautiful. We went in May - it was perfect for walking the whole town. I would definitely recommend it.

We loved the destination, but hadn't realised that it would take 3 hours each way in the bus, which made for a very long day. The trip was well organised, and we had enough time after lunch to explore the town on our own.

This is a very long journey in small bus. Other than that, it was excellent. We had a very good guide.

Extremely interesting overview of what life must have been like in medieval Europe, and great countryside. Good explanation as to development of dynasties and culture.

The castle and town were very picturesque. Had a lot of trouble understanding the tour guide.

The town is definitely very interesting and beautiful. The castle is interesting to visit, and there are many buildings and streets that are intriguing. We would like to have had more time there to explore, maybe stay overnight. One can use the travel time to get there as an opportunity to see the countryside. The guide pointed out sites of interest along the way.

The trip to Cresky Kunmlov was a high point of our visit to the Czech Republic. We will definitely return in the future.

The tour was a long drive, and our tour guide spent his time on his cell phone. He spoke to us for about 15 minutes out of a 3 hour drive. Would not do this tour again.

Cesky-Krumlov was a whole day trip which could have been done in half a day. The castle was worth seeing, but the town was just a tourist trap. The lunch was ok, but expensive for the Czech Republic.

It's a pretty long trip for only a couple hours in the town. The town is beautiful and definitely worth seeing but you'll probably want to spend more time there. Would prefer to leave earlier, get back later, and have more time to explore.

The guide was there at 9:20, but the kiosk people had not collected papers to organize the group. By the time that was done and we went to the bus, it was 9:45. After the included lunch, several people protested for a bit of time on our own. The guide finally gave us 10 minutes at some junky place right where we were. It was good to see the countryside, the village is pretty and charming, and the guide was nice. We wish we had skipped the good included lunch and bought some food on our own, just to have a memory of some experience at the charming village, rather than a quick walk through it. We wish we could have skipped the castle tour and met the group at the bus. The village is large, and a first time visitor would need much clearer directions.

Tour left late and with a 2-hour drive each way, it cut into our free time to explore the town. Also, the guide was not overly helpful. Still it was a good trip.
