Prague was absolutely magical. Metamorphis Hotel was just the greatest location, the furnishings were Old World and elegant. We had a view of the spires of the square, like looking at the castle at Disney World, but real. Everything just magical.
We really enjoyed tour, guides were very helpful and informative, English widely spoken, a great way for first time visitors like us to see most of the major sites. Would highly recommend and we will be returning.
Excellent walking tour, enjoyable river cruise. The Hop on Hoff was efficient and on time.
We purchased the 48hour ticket which included a river cruise, walking tour of the Jewish quarter and walking tour of Prague Castle. On arrival we were met by an English speaking guide who gave us ear phones to listen to English commentary of the history of Prague and its landmarks. However, the guide gave additional interesting information based on her local knowledge. We sat for the completion of the Tour which was an hour and a half. This gave us our geographical bearings of the City and also helped us decide which places we wanted to prioritise to see on our visit as we were only there for a long weekend. On the advice of the Guide we stayed on the bus for a second tour and got off at the Jewish quarter in perfect timing for our walking tour of the Jewish quarter. The guide was well read, clearly had a passion for his subject and was articulate and informative. He then took us straight to the River cruise. The views were lovely, but there was no guide and therefore no information regarding the lovely buildings were passing. The following day we got back on the bus and took the stop to the castle where we were met by a fantastic, energetic guide who took us to witness the changing of the guards and then an interesting informative tour of Prague castle. The guided tour was about an hour and a half, but on advice of the Guide we stayed on site and visited the monastery and it brewery where we sampled the dark beer. We then visited the theological library which costs a crona, but well worth its as when you enter the scene is jaw dropping in terms of architecture, art work and the precious and priceless nature of the books held there. We then took a very pleasant walk down the hill through gardens and stunning views to King Charles bridge.
A great introduction to Prague. The bus tour was informative but the real highlights were the English guide on the castle tour and particularly the young Albanian girl on the Jewish Quarter tour. Excellent value for money with enthusiastic committed staff throughout.
They were friendly, the audio system was good, we understood everything they said. They were willing to answer any questions you had.
It was a good experience.
Super easy to find, very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Excellent value for the money.
Great to see so many aspects of Prague and very good guides for all but particularly Castle and Jewish Quarter
Great guides that had the knowledge of the city and the locations!
Bus is 100 YDS from the Hilton old town...great location !
Very impressed with this tour, both guides (the castle and Jewish Quarter) were very good, the boat tour was not as good, but nice to sit and have a moment to enjoy a warming drink - it was minus 10 outside
The bus tour was great the guys on the bus were so helpful with recommendations of places to eat and drink saved a fortune also the tour guide Tomaz at the castle was so informative and friendly.
Highly must do when in Prague.
This was a great way to see Prague. We took the Prague Castle tour for 90 min and the Jewish Quarter tour for 60 min. Those both were fantastic. You really need to take the tour - you can't just walk around and learn as much on your own. We appreciated our tours - they were rather small, and we could hear well.
The boat "tour" is more like a ride. No audio. Nothing. I took a nap. That was a waste, as we didn't know what we were passing by or seeing from the boat.
Great tour guides! The inclusion of the walking tours makes this a really great value!
It was great having the two guided tours and river cruise included in the Hop and Off. The guide was extremely knowledge. Excellent tour.
Getting the 2 days on this hop on hop off bus was the best way to see the outer sections of Prague. It was a great investment. It was easy finding the red umbrellas in the square, which is where the tours began.
It is super easy and great tour guides here as well. You get to see all of the city and have the choice to get off and explore more or not. We did not get to do the river cruise, but we did to the tour of Prague Castle and the Jewish Quarter. Wasn't sure what to expect to see during the Jewish Quarter tour but it was so informative and really moving. A must see in an amazing city.
Fantastic way to learn more about this wonderful city. The bus tour was ideal and a good start to our time in Prague. The Jewish quarter tour was very informative. River cruise had no guide but was a good wind down after a busy day. Loved the castle tour and again a very knowledgable guide.
This tour was a very good value. Thomas who was our guide at the castle tour was excellent. Great if you want to see a lot in a short amount of time.
This was a great tour! Very well organized and informative. We learned a lot. The walking tour guide through the Jewish quarter was awesome; we loved her.
We were very pleased with our guide who took us on a tour of the Jewish quarter. Would recomm you company if asked.
Initially we had difficulty finding the stops as there are at least two other hop on type tours. Once we figured everything out however, the bus tour worked out very well. Guides were great particularly Tomasc at the castle! Boat cruise was short and not very informative.
good way to see Prague in a day We usually use this method via Viator at cities we visit Peace of mind by booking before and easy to find the staring points. Enjoyed the Jewish walk with an excellent guide
Hop-on-Hop-off is a good way to see Prague at your own pace. The tour guides of the Jewish Quarter and Prague Castle were very good and knowledgeable. The only negative is that only 2 buses service this route and the gap between the buses is too large apparently when there is traffic and there was traffic when we used it and had to wait for a long time for the next bus.
