We had a very good guide for the day. We had a small group, only 7 of us plus the driver/guide. Very informative, good beer and good lunch.

This really is an excellent tour. The glass factory was excellent; you were so close to the workers that you could see and feel what was happening. The brewery tour was a little long, but it was very interesting and the lunch in the restaurant was very good. We had an excellent guide who kept us entertained with his stories for most of the day. I would recommend this tour to anyone, it's definitely worth the money, even though it was a little cold in the brewery cellars, so do wrap up warm.

This was the perfect day trip from Prague. They picked us up at our hotel, and the day was well paced interesting and I absolutely loved it.

This excursion was definitely worth the price. Our guide was very knowledgeable and friendly and engaged in conversation about all kinds of topics. The glass works tour was fascinating and we were shocked at how close we were able to get to the workers. The tour guide at the glass works was less enthusiastic and didn't seem to want to talk to us after the tour, but he did recite his script well during the tour.
The brewery visit was fun and informative with a good mix of film and live narration. The guide, was able to answer every question and did a great job. The beer is the best I've had! I highly recommend this trip to visitors of the Czech Republic and maybe even locals!
Once we were on our way, everything was very easy. The only hitch was when I called the day before, whoever I talked to said he couldn't find my name even though I had made the reservation weeks before. Everything turned out fine the day of the trip.
The glass factory and brewery were great! You get to see the processes of both places from beginning to end. The restaurant Na Splice is good too, definitely get your fill of Pilsner Urquell from there before you leave. Guide was great, even gave us a little tour of Plzen's Old Town - city center!

This is a must-do activity! What a wonderful experience. Our driver picked us up at the meeting location and took us to a little town outside of Prague to visit a nationally recognized glass blowing factory. After a tour of the factory we were able to purchase beautiful hand crafted glass at extremely affordable prices - significantly cheaper than in Prague and much more unique. Then, we made our way to the Pilsner Urquell Brewery for a tour of the property and of course - a tasting. Yum! Our driver was so kind as to leave us an hour after the tour to have a late lunch in the delicious brewery restaurant where we enjoyed 0.50 pints and great food. We even had enough time to visit the brewery tour shop before getting back in the car for a relaxing drive back to the city. The excursion was well worth the price, not just for the experience but also for the great deals we got on our holiday gifts and souvenirs!

We have never been disappointed in a tour from Viator, and we have taken many. The brewery tour was excellent, says the husband, and I, the wife, really enjoyed the glass factory and shop.

Very interesting and entertaining trip. The guide was the best one of the three tours we took.

Our guide and driver was great! The glass factory tour was very limited and could have been more comprehensive, i.e. finishing the glass. The guide at the factory, however, spoke English well, was easy to understand and answered questions.
The brewery was a good tour and the pivo was even better! If you have the option to take lunch there or somewhere else, you may consider going elsewhere. While it was okay, it was probably not worth the price.
Friendly and knowledgeable driver / guide and a very small group (just 3 including me). All in all a really good day.

The glass factory was very interesting, but the gift shop was not well-staffed and it took FOREVER to get everyone done with their purchases. Therefore were late for lunch, making us late for the brewery tour, which left without us. We were able to meet up with the group about 25 minutes into the tour, and what we saw was not very interesting or informative. I assume that the first part of tour packaging area was more interesting, but cannot be sure as we never saw it.
