Prague is one of the most amazing cities I have ever visited. The city has charm, the people are friendly, the prices are reasonable, and it is easy to get around town using public transportation. We may not have used the full value of the Prague Pass, but it was worth having for its convenience. I look forward to another visit to this remarkable city.

We found it very complicated and travel in Prague was very cheap, so we were sorry we booked the Prague Card.

I thought the idea of the card was very good, but it's impossible to do all items in 3 days. Needs to be valid for 4-5 days.

We did not use the card because we were there for such a short time, and we walked everywhere the we wanted to go except for an excursion to Kutna Hora.

The travel card was really useful. A good value, and it saves a lot of hassle.

When we arrived, we discovered that many of your 'fantastic' offers are season bound, i.e. we can only get discount certain periods of the year. Secondly there was NO discount on the 3 day pass. The price at the ticket station was exactly the same!! One can only discover this once one is provided with the passport at one's destination. Why not provide this info beforehand? Your passport did not effect a single saving to us. Thank you.

This is a good idea but there isn't enough information about where to get your discounts. The booklet could have been clearer as to where you exchange vouchers; where to find the start points; times of trips, etc. The ghost walk and pub walk are well worth doing. Lots of fun. Prague is a very beautiful city.

Convenience was the main factor here. We picked up the Card at the train station on our arrival in Prague and used many of its features during our 5 days there.

Prague is not very expensive, so I'm not sure how much this saved us. But in the end I think it was worth the investment.

The discounts on the walking tours were great and well worth doing. The free transportation is OK, but can be purchased at any subway station for $10. I think the card is more for people coming to Prague often or staying over a week. It also seems geared more towards families. Keep that in mind.

Unless you are going to be in Prague on an extended trip, the card is a waste of money. When I collected my card the attractions list had changed and I was refused entry at two of the attractions, being told they had no contract with the supplier.

Prague is a beautiful city but this card is not worth it. With this card you've nothing except transport and some discount. All the things we wanted to see were closed in November. What a shame! And when your hotel is center you don't need bus or subway, so keep your 30euros and walk, buy good shoes instead.

The Prague Card was a waste of time. It was not accepted at major sites, 80 of attractions in the Passport were sealed off and not able to be used. We used the transport pass but the whole experience was ultra expensive for what we got. There are also other Prague Cards in use which creates confusion.

What a total waste of money, time and effort!

Overpriced for what you get. Attractions are mediocre, and some are closed for repairs. Prague Castle and the things you really want to see aren't included. The 'free' cruise is one-way, and leaves you off in the middle of nowhere. A big disappointment after using the IAmsterdam card.
