Our driver was great and spoke wonderful English an even gave us a little history and pointed out interesting things along our way. He had a car seat ready in the car for our son and helped and was prepared for ALL of our luggage. We would definitely recommend and use this service again!

The driver was there, waiting at the airport for us. He was dressed nicely, took us straight out to the car and carried the luggage. On the way there he gave us a free mini sightseeing tour and helped us inside the hotel when we arrived - absolutely excellent service!

Prague was really good, I would recommend it to anyone. The taxi service from the airport was excellent. The only negative comment was that the car was not a Mercedes.

Great! The driver was waiting at the desk for us, carried our luggage, told us about the history of Prague, and pointed out landmarks on the way to the hotel. I just gave him my Viator voucher. Would definitely use again.

The driver did not speak English. It was a disappointment to be picked up in a minibus, not a car.

I've read that people who have used this transfer have had great English speaking drivers who offer local information but our driver did not. Once we got to the hotel we found the price for a cab was AUD15.00, less than we paid for this transfer, so I'd recommend contacting the hotel first to see if they can advise on taxi prices first. Our driver had to be contacted by the desk after we arrived and we had a small wait. For convenience of having already booked your transfer it was good though.

Had to change arrival details at last minute. Office closed Saturday and Sunday so we were unable to contact relevant people to amend booking.
