Very polite driver met us at the airport. His car was clean and well maintained. He told us a little bit about Prague and the sights we were seeing on our drive to the hotel. His English was good and his manner and demeanor were very gentlemanly. I would definitely use this service again when returning to Prague.

As always with viator excellent.Lovely man waiting,helped with bags and knew his stuff about the city.We(3 girls)felt safe with no hassle for a taxi.He went the extra mile showing us the sights and took us into the hotel.Have used viator before and will again.Need to book now for january but the website won't let me yet.

The airline had lost a piece of our luggage so we were late getting out of the airport. Our driver was there patiently waiting for us. Once we got in the car, he gave us a small tour of Prague and hit the highlights of what we should see when we were there. After a long night of traveling it was nice to be met with a friendly driver to give us a preview of our next adventure!

Our driver was waiting for us at baggage pickup! On the way to the hotel he was very informative about the city and things we might be interested in. Excellent service!

This was some of the best money I spent on our trip. After a long, tiring, trans-atlantic flight it was so great having someone waiting for us at the other end. Our guide was very informative telling us all about Prague. He took us right to our hotel and we didn't have to worry about looking for a cab, having currency on hand, etc. I would definitely do this again!
