I've read that people who have used this transfer have had great English speaking drivers who offer local information but our driver did not. Once we got to the hotel we found the price for a cab was AUD15.00, less than we paid for this transfer, so I'd recommend contacting the hotel first to see if they can advise on taxi prices first. Our driver had to be contacted by the desk after we arrived and we had a small wait. For convenience of having already booked your transfer it was good though.

Had to change arrival details at last minute. Office closed Saturday and Sunday so we were unable to contact relevant people to amend booking.

Overpriced by double. When I got to the hotel I realized I could get taxi for the half price. The driver needs to use deodorant, it smells in the car sorry to say that, even though he was very polite and nice.
