Our substitute guide was fabulous. Who would have guessed this was not her regular tour. Not us. She gave us history, folklore, and scandal. The time just flew by.

The guide was informative without being overly intrusive. The castle is extensive and one could spend a full day - but this tour provides the important highlights.

Well worth doing, and the tour guide was very informative.

We really enjoyed the tour. Our guide had some trouble with English, but it was his 6th language, so that is understandable! I wish we had more time to take in the view on the walk back down into the city, though.

Prague Castle is not only a monumental tourist spot but is also residence of the reigning governor. It was a pleasant walk and we enjoyed learning about the various aspects of Czech history and culture.

It was OK. I think we could have done just as well on our own using the castle's audio trip guides. Our guide was well informed and pleasant.

Our guide was an older gentleman who spoke German well, but was limited in his English ability. The tour was supposed to be bilingual, but if you asked a question in English he usually misinterpreted it and became agitated. The site was wonderful, but the guide was not.

Knowledgeable guide and plenty of walking, but information was piece meal and did not put the castle or the history of Prague into context. Probably a brief description handed out before boarding the bus would have given some clarity to the many historic buildings we saw.

I found the tour of the castle poor, but I think it was more to do with the actual sights than the tour guide. Prague Castle is not as intricate as some castles I've visited.
