Dinner cruise was excellent. We had some mix-up on start time for the morning tour and the package was delivered to another hotel with a similar name. We were accommodated with a later tour. Worked out well in the end.
The vltava River Dinner was not successfully arranged.

Viator, I have to say not one of your better tours. A little misleading with the 'River Dinner cruise', you mean river cruise, and a dinner in Prague later. Not a traditional dinner but some chicken dish! We would not say anything public as your tours have been really wonderful in the past, see our records. Not to worry, we made the most of it.

The dinner cruise was not good compared to the other cruises I have been eg in Paris, Amsterdam or stockholm. It was extremely slow and the boat stopped for more than 30 mins two times in a small passage where there was nothing to look at . It could have been better without the boaring stoppages.
The food was pathetic and cold . It was self service.
