Great tour guides! The inclusion of the walking tours makes this a really great value!
It was great having the two guided tours and river cruise included in the Hop and Off. The guide was extremely knowledge. Excellent tour.
Getting the 2 days on this hop on hop off bus was the best way to see the outer sections of Prague. It was a great investment. It was easy finding the red umbrellas in the square, which is where the tours began.
It is super easy and great tour guides here as well. You get to see all of the city and have the choice to get off and explore more or not. We did not get to do the river cruise, but we did to the tour of Prague Castle and the Jewish Quarter. Wasn't sure what to expect to see during the Jewish Quarter tour but it was so informative and really moving. A must see in an amazing city.
Fantastic way to learn more about this wonderful city. The bus tour was ideal and a good start to our time in Prague. The Jewish quarter tour was very informative. River cruise had no guide but was a good wind down after a busy day. Loved the castle tour and again a very knowledgable guide.
This tour was a very good value. Thomas who was our guide at the castle tour was excellent. Great if you want to see a lot in a short amount of time.
This was a great tour! Very well organized and informative. We learned a lot. The walking tour guide through the Jewish quarter was awesome; we loved her.
We were very pleased with our guide who took us on a tour of the Jewish quarter. Would recomm you company if asked.
Great way to introduce the city. Stops not clearly marked, hard to find if you join the tour at a different stop.
Great tour overall. Vltava Cruise not worthwhile. Had expected a guide would provide some information about what we were seeing but this did not occur and staff person was not helpful in answering our questions. An address of where to board the bus would have been helpful although there were Hop-On-Hop-Off guides in a number of spots in the old city.
The presentation by the lady tour guide about Jewish Quarter was excellent
The walking tour guides were excellent, knowlegeable and passionate about their subjects. Learnt so much in a short space of time
The two tours of the Prague Castle and the Jewish quarter made this tour really worth the money. The bus tour is somewhat disorganized. There are two busses. One with air conditioning and with a tour guide and another one without the tour guide and air conditioning. The busses were late by at least 20 mins on several occasions due to traffic, so you just have to hope that the busses were not cancelled standing and waiting. There should also be a description of how to redeem the tickets as in Old town there are a number of people walking around with red umbrellas, who were very nice and will lead you to their office for ticket redemption, but there are no stops or other signs in Old Town. Overall, this tour was worth the money. The two tours were very good, the Vltava river cruise was not worth the time, it is a slow moving boat on the river with no guides, so you just buy drinks on the boat and it went around one loop very slowly.
