Very good but they can do better, to include the towers like the Powder Tower and View Tower and a walk on the Charles Bridge and a visit inside each location can be optional to provide the ticket.

The tour arrangements were chaotic, since the tour was outsourced to a Czech operator. The tour guide was neither energetic nor knowledgeable.
