Great tour! Our guide, Teresa, was very knowledgeable and flexible. She wanted us to have a great time and made sure that we saw everything that we wanted! This was my first tour and now I think that whenever I travel to a new city, I will be taking tours! Great experience!
I started my holiday in Prague with this walk as an introduction to an area where the New Town is 800 years old. Wear comfortable shoes to combat the cobblestone streets and walks. Enjoy the architecture, the food and the people. Friendly and fun time in a country where bottled water is more expensive than a bottle of beer.
We booked the Small Group City Walking Tour of Prague with Tereza of Urban Adventures. There were 7 in the group which was ideal. The tour was well structured with 2 hours walking around the Old City, followed by a boat ride, then a walk across Charles Bridge, a great lunch and beer, then finishing with a tour of Prague Castle and Cathedral, altogether 6 hours, which seemed to go very quickly. Tereza was extremely friendly and had a great sense of humour. She got to know each of us personally and had a real sense of pride in sharing her city. She gave us various options of what we wanted to do which also was great. Overall a great tour experience and thank you Tereza once again for making it so enjoyable. Would highly recommend.
The tour was amazing! We had 6 people, so it was a very customized and personal experience. The tour guide was incredibly knowledgable and friendly. Before the tour I knew nothing of Prague, and after the tour I understood much of Prague's history. I also am now able to comfortably navigate around!
Our guide was knowledgeable and funny! Highly recommend this tour.
Great guide -Tereza. 4 people on the tour so personalised. Tereza provided good information, interspersed with anecdotes and local information. Six hours went quickly.
We have had a number of good tours with Viator, but we would say that Tereza from Urban Adventures was the best ever. She is fun, authentic and knowledgable. All you could ever ask for. Recommended highest.
Excellent tour and Tereza gave us so much more info on places to visit for the rest of our stay in Prague.
The tour was way better than we expected! Our guide, Alana, spoke excellent English and was very informative. It was a great way to begin our Prague experience.
We had a great time. We covered a wide area and the lunch was really pleasant. The tour set us up well for the remaining days in Prague.
Our guide Tereza was great-shared with us so much info that is not contained in tour books and showed us more of Prague than we would have ever seen on our own. Tereza also showed us where to go after our tour for great priced beer mugs, a mouth watering bakery, and some great food and drink.
We (my husband, two teenage kids, and I) were the only members in our group, so got a personal tour from Niki. He was excellent! His knowledge and enthusiasm for Prague, it's history and culture, inspired us to learn more. He asked our interests (eg my son is a college Theatre major, and my daughter is taking World History in high school) and tailored the tour to our interests. Niki even emailed us more information after the tour. We took the tour on our first full day in Prague and would recommend that to others. It helped immensely for the rest of our stay. Would give it 10 stars if I could!
Wow -- this was a great experience! Our family ranges in ages from 14 years to 55 and every single person was engaged and appreciative of this tour. A large group would have definitely cut into the benefits of a tour like this -- too difficult to hear and too easy not to listen to the fantastic history and great humor of the Czech people. Nicky was our guide and he was passionate, knowledgeable and interesting. He isn't a native Czech but married into and has clearly fallen in love with this country. He checked with us during the tour to ensure he was balancing we wanted to see and hear well -- he was wonderful! This is a fair amount of walking but well worth it, even in 30 degree weather! Fantastic!
Our Guide Linda was very friendly. She took her time explaining things and did not rush anything. We were only a small group 10 persons but she made sure she spoke to everyone individually. We had a lovely walk around Prague. Would recommend this trip.
Nikki was our guide and was excellent. Small group truly enables great rapport with both guide and fellow travellers.
Description of tour was spot on.
This is a great combination tour. Our tour was a total of 10 people which made it a lot easier to travel the streets and listen and also ask questions. Our tour guide was informative and fun! Would recommend this tour to anyone who is visiting for the first time
Nicki was our tour guide. He was the best, very knowlegable, lots of fun and gave us great information about Prague that we were able to use after the tour was over. I highly recommend this tour as it covers all you need to see in Prague in one day.
Teresa was energetic and easy to communicate with. At the beginning of the tour she asked everyone to let her know any interests they had so she could incorporate as many as possible into the tour for a very customized experience. The tour was small (seven of us) and although it was an all day tour, the time flew by.
I would certainly recommend this tour and plan to take others throughout the world as available.
Amazing tour. Niki the tour guide makes the tour interesting with his stories about the history of Prague. Learnt a lot from him.
Very good tour - highly recommended for people who have not visited Prague before. Our tour guide gave us lots of information and told us many moving stories about the Czech people. Lunch was really good authentic Czech food. We thoroughly enjoyed the day.
Our tour started promptly and included a nice variety of sites and information. Our tour guide was one is the beys that we have ever had. She was interested in making us feel welcomed and taught us a lot about the history of the country. It was a very good experience.
