Good tour, very friendly staff, gave us enough time for shopping. The lady, Alice was very knowledgeable and friendly.

We ended up being the only two people, so had a "private" tour. Our tour guide and driver were very knowledgeable and courteous. It was a great overview of Vienna, as much as you can do in one day. I believe to really explore Vienna in depth it would take at least two weeks!

Good, but better to stay a few days as there was lots ts see ,1 day does not allow to really get a good feel of the history to take in

Our day trip to Vienna from Prague was great! Full day of sight seeing in a beautiful city, Only complaint was not enough time to shop.

Great Tour guide-very informative. Saw as much of Vienna as you could. Great overview and way to see Vienna in a day if needed/wanted. Our tour guide was friendly, and extremely informative. We enjoyed it (we even had a 2 year old and 4 year old with us- tour guide was so sweet with them).

We decided to do a day trip to Vienna from Prague. Enjoyed it a lot. Yes it is not a short drive, but did not expect it to be. Our guide was very informative and we were taken to the Schonbrunn Palace as well as been given time to explore Vienna City ourselves. Worth the trip.

More time spent driving there and back then actually sightseeing, but worthwhile if you don't think you'll otherwise get to Vienna because it is a beautiful city.

Overall good experience as the tour guide tried her best to show us the city and take care of the participants, despite the being stuck for two hours in a highway traffic accident.

It is a very long day, but a wonderful way to see a little of the country and also a bit of Vienna. The guide was very knowlegable and easy to listen to. We took two small buses and the guide had to go back and forth between the buses which wasn't good. Would have been better if everyone had been on a larger bus. very nice people to lead the tour.

This was a great trip to Vienna for the day. It is a long bus trip, 4 plus hours each way. Our trip started out fine until several people on the tour forgot their passports and then the tour guide (who we would be with for the next 14 hours) began to berate people in English and Russian for the next twenty minutes. Be sure to take your passports along to avoid this!

After a long bus ride with one stop for a break we finally arrived to Vienna. After a drive through town you have about an hour at the Schonbrunn palace to explore the gardens. There is no time to explore inside the palace, but the ground are beautiful. There is a little snack bar inside the palace grounds where you can get large Pretzels and Apple Strudel to sustain your tour. The bus then takes you on a tour of the famous Ringstrasse where you get to see all the great sites of Vienna. Our guide then provided a walking tour through the downtown from the Hofburg to St. Stephens cathedral and then gave us about two hours of free time. While downtown we visited the gift shops, had Vienna iced coffees, and soaked up the essence of Vienna. We got back to Prague after eleven. Overall it is a long trip, but if you have limited time it a great taste of the city.

I enjoyed the trip. What we were able to see while only there a few hours only gave a hint of what this beautiful city had to offer. We were dropped off in a major shopping area, which was interesting for a short time. I wish we had been let out in a more historic part of Vienna. I could tell there was much to see in this city but we, however, only saw a small sampling of it.

The tour was good. We spent more time on the road driving to Vienna and back to Prague, about 7 + hours. Wish we had more time to spend in Vienna.

Took this tour from Prague. Inmho, not worth it coz you have 4 hours of travel time each way althrough I think we made it back to Prague in less than 3.5 hours coz Fabriccio our driver was zooming thru the hiway haha, very good driver. Sophia the guide was very knowledgeable although the tour was very rushed since we only had about 4 hours to go around. We didn't even have time to have a proper lunch since we had very short time. We did have time to have some cake and coffee at the Sacher Hotel Cafe, I think the Sacher torte is a bit famous.

The guide did not provide a lot of information as we drove by some major sites in Vienna. We also had a couple of nasty outbursts at other drivers on the road. It was a long trip in a small mini van. I don't know if this is the accepted mode of transport.
