What You Can Expect
Zipline and Horseback Riding Combination Tour in Puerto Plata
After pickup from your Puerto Plata hotel, your zipline and horseback-riding tour begins! First, head to the zipline course, where you’ll be given a brief overview and safety instruction. Then, you’re ready to glide through the treetops! With 10 total lines, there is plenty to see as you zipline through the beautiful jungle canopy. You’ll also get to explore the jungle on foot as you follow your guide on a nature walk. Get an up-close look at native wildlife and plants as you take in the magnificent scenery.
Next, head to the riding stables and hop on a horse for your Puerto Plata horseback-riding adventure! No riding experience is necessary -- you’ll be given safety equipment and a brief instruction to ensure a fun and safe ride. Follow your guide through the Puerto Plata jungle for a 30-minute horseback ride. Then, head back to the ranch, where you’ll enjoy a complimentary beverage before relaxing on the trip back to your Puerto Plata hotel.

My fiance and I are 30 yrs old and were staying in Puerto Plata for 5 days. We really enjoyed the tour and would recommend it. The truck picked us up at our resort, which was great, and our guide was very informative and fun to be around. We enjoyed the horseback riding and would have even liked to have gone longer. The zip lines were great; we would have liked photos but were only offered video.
