Such a terrific tour guide! He had such a great sense of humor and did a wonderful job explaining some of the history of PR. Would absolutely do another tour with him!

The rainforest is beautiful. The tour guide was very informative and very friendly. He didn't rush through this tour simply pointing out things, he stopped to explain and answer any questions we had. This is definitely a tour worth taking.

The guide was very intelligent about many subjects in the rain forest and the geology of the island. He was opinionated, but he had very good reasons for his opinions, and he was very organized and friendly. The group walking along talking made us miss some of the creatures that probably go up the mountain to escape humans, but we saw exciting nesting experiments and many different plants specially designed for life in the climate. We would go back by ourselves to hike to the top in the future.

Our tour guide stayed with us, even walking the forest trail, teaching us all the way. Also, he did a great job on the photography.

PNext time I visit Puerto Rico, I will want to sign up for the whole day trip. Very informative. The tour company was a pleasure to deal with - very accommodative to schedule changes and the staff were friendly and polite.

We took the El Yunque Rainforest tour we were picked up by a van right in front of our hotel at 815am. Scheduled pick-up time was 810, so they were pretty close to schedule. We did one more hotel pick-up on the way and then we were off to El Yunque, a 45-minute ride. Our guide was an affable fellow with a delightful sense of humor. First we drove to several vista points in the rainforest, and then we parked and walked one of the trails for half an hour or so. It was a great experience, one I would definitely recommend to any first-time visitor to Puerto Rico. On the way back, our driver stopped the van at a roadside cafe for some 'cheap, authentic Puerto Rican cuisine' such as meat-stuffed fried potato balls and fried sweet plantains. The food was tasty and the cafe was pleasant, but a bit noisy, since it's located right next to a busy highway. Our guide had us back at our hotel within a few minutes of the scheduled drop-off time.

The tour was outstanding from beginning to the end. We were given entertaining and informative information about Puerto Rico while traveling on the bus to the rain forest, as well as a guided tour while in the rain forest. We saw several tour groups from other companies who were left on their own to explore the rain forest and were unable to receive the wealth of information that we did.

The trip was awesome and well worth the money. The guide was very knowledgeable. The only thing that was disappointing was that we were required to watch a movie that ate up time and the tour seemed kind of rushed. Besides those things, we had a great time and would do it again.
