The view was great, even the air smells different there. Our guide was great. We had so much fun with him and he was very educated and had so much information to offer about the rainforest, the history of San Juan, economy, anything. Plus he was hot!

We enjoyed our tour. However, we had hoped to see some of the animals in their habitat. Our guide did a great job explaining the flora and giving us a history of the forest.

The tour was very good because of the great guide! He added so much to the trip which took it from so-so to don't miss!

The driver guide was terrific and personable with a good knowledge that he shared readily. The trip itself was worth doing and interesting. The tour company seemed disorganized. We went to one hotel where the guests were not ready, then to a second to pick up others, then back to the first, which left us less time than we thought we would have in the rain forest itself.

Very knowledgeable guide. Been there before and the guide was the best and brought us up to date on the rainforest.

Awesome trip - very interesting and our guide was very up on his history and all the different trees and flowers in the rain forest. Beautiful scenery and very pretty - great for pictures and to relax and enjoy nature. Definitely go and see the rainforest.

It was OK, but could have been better

I thought the waterfall was going to be full like in the picture but it was only a trickle. Also you couldn't swim in the water like the people in the picture because there was not enough water.

The price was very high for what the trip offered. The back seat of the bus was wet from the A/C leaking on it. There was not much to see - very few flowers and no birds or animal life.

I made sure to book this on my birthday and was very disappointed by the outcome. It was suppose to last five hours. Don't expect to go to the waterfall in the picture. The one you'll see is a fraction of the size, so don't bother bringing a bathing suit. We were in the rain forest for less than an hour, then the tour guide took us to a Puerto Rican eatery that we assume he either owned or was dating the girl that worked there. We didn't see a single trace of wildlife. Perhaps we should have booked the hiking tour.
