The Bacardi Tour was interesting and the drinks were great. Our guide for the Old San Juan tour was fabulous! He knew so much about the city and forts. I'd do this again!

Our guide was great, he gave us alot of history about where we were going and the places we happen to be driving past. The Bacardi tour took most of the time. It was fun and the free drinks were great. But don't expect to see the inside of the plant. You get on a shuttle and it takes you to the visitor center where you see a 10 minute film and a guide tells you the history of the place. You get back on the shuttle which shows you the grounds and brings you back to the souvenir building and you can have your second free drink while you wait for everyone from you group to get on the tour bus.
Next was the fort when we were supposed to have an hour there, but the people at the fort told us we only had 30 minutes. That was disappointing since it was huge and we would like to have stayed a little longer, but we did get to the top which was breathtaking. Took some pics in the turret and on the cannon balls. Walked through the tunnels. It was great. To be walking through a place that old with all that history. It's phenomenal.
Next, to Old San Juan. We had an hour here. Some people took this opportunity to have dinner, we wanted to walk the streets and shop. We had a great time on this tour, it was fun and informative. We highly recommend it.
The presentation was outstanding. The guide was extremely knowledgeable. We would recommend it to all our friends going to San Juan.

We had a great time and the rum factory tour was a blast. People are so friendly there and the rum keeps on coming. Very interesting tour and well worth the trip to see.

The Bacardi tour was interesting but I thought that we would be taken through the distillery itself but instead Bacardi has a nice enough setup to show you how the rum is made and the history behind it including how to make some drinks. The tour to Old San Juan included a stop at Fort San Cristobal where the tour guide gave us a quick tour of it with lots of information. He was very knowledgeable. Then we got to go shopping in Old San Juan for about an hour which was fun. The tour guide was GREAT!!! He was very friendly, funny and knew his stuff. I would recommend this tour to anyone.

I just wished we'd had more time to explore Old San Juan.

The tour guide was on time, friendly, and very knowledgeable. I loved touring the Barcardi distillery. The facility was nice, it was an extremely interesting tour, and I loved trying the different rums! It was also nice to tour EL Murro, and see downtown San Juan. I would recommend this to anyone.

Rum distillery was great along with the fort visited but not enough time or any commentary of Old San Juan. That part too rushed.

Been there before. The old San Juan tour and guide was as wonderful as ever. Bacardi has added some nice things to their tour. Both are worth doing.

Van was crowded and hot. Too many people for this type vehicle.

Our guide was wonderful! My only disappointment was that the tour of Bacardi wasn't as interesting as I thought it would be and that was no fault of the guide. San Cristobal was gorgeous and I would love to go again. We didn't get a real chance to see "old" San Juan so I'll just have to come back and experience that and more.

I was under the impression that the rum distillery would show us the actual process they went through to make the rum and that we would get to go inside the plant. Neither of these things happened. It was only about a half hour tour, including a video and a ten minute stop at the gift shop. Old San Juan wasn't much better. Our tour guide dropped us off at one end of the street and gave us forty five minutes to look through the shops which had no air conditioning in July. El Morro was full of sweaty people, but had a beautiful view. I would not recommend this specific tour.
