Just got back from PV yesterday 122908 after spending 7 days there over the Christmas holidays. It was comforting to know that once my family and I landed at the airport, we saw the guy holding up the Viator sign. He immediately confirmed the details of our destination. I gave him my voucher and they picked up all bags and placed them in the van. We rode in a comfortable passenger van. I traveled with 3 other adults, with loads of luggage. The driver was extremely friendly, spoke very good English and gave us a mini tour of the city as he drove us to our destination. That was informative because he gave us a little history lesson, told us where the grocery stores were, shopping and good dining spots. When it came time for pickup another driver came promptly. Actually, our pickup time was 11:00 am. He was there 10:40 am. He waited 20 minutes until we got downstairs as we didn't know he got there early. He had a very pleasant disposition, spoke good English and got us to the airport safely. I would HIGHLY recommend this company if you're in the Puerto Vallarta area. People will tell you that you could beat the price by just catching a cab at the airport. This is probably true, however after the long flight of just trying to get to PV, I would rather have someone waiting on me, as opposed to getting hassled by loads of people once you land because that is what happens. It's a great service and you will not be disappointed.

Makes getting to and from the resort to the airport very easy and don't have to worry about money exchange, etc.

The transfers were very convenient, the driver and staff were prompt, friendly and made our arrival and departure a breeze. Would highly recommend Viator for airport transfers and excursions. It was a great experience from start to finish.

Everything in Puerto Vallarta went very well. The company was professional and did an excellent job at getting us where we needed be! In fact, my group was impressed that everything went smoothly.

Getting out of the airport was a challenge, but the company operators were waiting for us and quickly directed us to the driver to take us to our hotel. The car was clean, fairly new, and air conditioned. The return trip was a nightmare. The company rep never showed up to give us a return voucher when promised, eventually just left it with front desk. Ride back was in a regular taxi, with no air conditioning. Sitting in the back seat with the sun pouring in was uncomfortable, and the exhaust from vehicles while sitting in traffic, dust and dirt going through tunnel was disgusting.

We could not find the operator from the tour company at the airport. Subsequently, we paid for a taxi to take us to the hotel.

I was very unhappy with the return service - our ride was a half hour late to pick us up. The tour rep at the hotel was very nice but we found better pricing elsewhere.
