The service from airport to resort and resort to airport was wonderful.
Cannot imagine there is any other way to do this. This is a must. Lots of time share salespeople harrassing you upon arrival. Just follow the directions and walk straight past them out the real representative. Transport was clean and direct.

The airport roundtrip was really effortless for me. The transport team was waiting for me when I got off the plane in Puerto Vallarta and when I left to catch the plane back to USA, the ground service was on time. I have used the ground transport before and i would recommend it to anyone. The transport team is helpful with your bags and are always respectful, and you get to where you are supposed to be on time!! A great bargain for the price!!

PIckup from airport was great. Return was converted to a tax by hotel. We stopped along the street and the drive gave the voucher to a guy in a green shirt who gave the tax some cash. Very strange. Otherwise, fine.
water, totally needed, was not supplied going to nor from the airport as specified. next time I will just book my rides thru the hotel. same service, I'm sure.
