The trip was very organized and informational. The water was gorgeous! My family liked the sting ray portion of the trip but the shark viewing was far and few between. The second snorkeling portion was very good! The staff on the boat were great with young children.
The boat was very comfortable and in good repair. The crew was great, and the entertainment top notch. The floor show and dancing was great fun. Highly recommend this trip.
Being that close to stingrays and nurse sharks was amazing! The crew was fun and intertaining. Definitely do this excursion!
My sister and I decided to go on vacation to Punta Cana...girls week away! Everything was perfect! We jumped on the shuttle bus right outside of the resort and ventured to your Caribbean Festival Snorkel Cruise day tour. It was the BEST decision we have ever made! We had a wonderful time as soon as we got there. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. We were a bit nervous to swim with the sharks etc., but we were well educated as we arrived and felt much better about the situation. Our guide in the water was extremely caring and understanding. He even offered to take our water cameras down deeper into the water to get shots of us and closer shots of the 'life' down there! He was amazing. Another employee that we will never forget did a lot of the video taping along the tour, including video taping us from under the water! He was a very nice guy with a wonderful smile! Of course my sister and I both bought our own DVDs because we both wanted to watch them as soon as we were back at home in Canada. The DVD was only $35 USD and very much worth the money! I've only been back home for 3 days and I think I've already watched it about five times! What a great idea for the company to supply this option for all the guests. The music and dancing on the tour was amazing as well. The whole experience was a once in a life time opportunity for us. An experience we will hold dear in our hearts always! Once again, we thank the company, and all the employees that were involved in our tour, that day!You will never be forgotten! We recommend this excursion to all and everyone!
From the time we were picked up at the hotel till we were dropped off, we had a fantastic time. The tour operator and all the dancers were knowledgeable, friendly, and extremely entertaining. If I ever go back, I hope to book this excursion again.

This was a great excursion! The staff was great, entertaining, and most important attentive. The snorkeling was great; it was not too long and not too short! Wouldn't change a thing.
This was a fun trip but a little expensive for the actual time spent snorkeling which is less than an hour.
This was great fun, but the snorkelling wasn't very exciting - it was nice to be in the water, but it is dark and there really isn't that much to see except some yellow fish and the sharks and stingrays. I expected way more colour. The crew was a riot though - lots of laughs.
The tour itself was fun. However, our prepaid voucher was good for nothing, as we waited and waited on the morning of our outing to no avail. Apparently we had to present our prepaid voucher to a local agent and get another voucher. Plus the phone number on our prepaid voucher never answered. But once the excursion actually started, it was a lot of fun. The crew was helpful and lots of fun to be around. The snorkeling had a nice range of things to see. I thought there were too many people in such a small area, as I kept getting kicked, but I saw bigger tours on other days, so I won't complain!

The sting rays were cool. Didn't see much of the sharks and the snorkeling was okay. The staff on the boat were great and a lot of fun. The bus broke down on the way which obviously happens a lot as the driver had plastic jugs to fill with water. He flagged down a motorbike to take him to fill them leaving the whole bus load standing on the side of the road for 30 minutes. For a family of five it was a bit overpriced.
