We were taken quickly to our hotel from the airport and didn't have to wait but 10 minutes from the time I was told to be ready to get picked up from hotel, so this was not bad. Just don't forget to call a day before to confirm your pick up from hotel to airport.

Our transportation was not included in our original package that we booked. I would highly recommend this company if anyone is in need of ground transportation to their hotel. They were very prompt and attentive. This is a great service!

I enjoyed using this service to and from the airport. The operator service is right outside the airport. Once there, they will ask you for your voucher and confirm who you are. They then give you an appointment to meet the rep at your resort to schedule your pickup time to return to the airport. We had a little mix up...the person did not show when scheduled, so it's best to ask them again about the day that you are meeting to schedule your return to the airport. They were on time and very nice! Would use them again!

Great service and prompt!!! Thank you so much!!! We even got picked up when we wanted to be when we were going home! We made the most of the morning and were able to take our time and not rush to the airport like some other tour companies have done to us in the past!

We just returned from Punta Cana. We used Viator to and from our resort! We had a little trouble finding the transfer company. They had our reservation ready when we arrived and a driver took us quickly to our resort. This was our first trip out of the US. Viator contributed to a great experience. Be sure to follow all the instructions sent by Viator. It is important to call and confirm your flight arrival and departure! When traveling again I will call Viator!

A very friendly driver, who really made our 1-12 hour ride a lot of fun...great music, etc! He knew the road well...we were even lucky enough to get the same driver back to the airport five days later! AWESOME!

Both transfers, to and from airport, went very smoothly. Our driver from the airport to our hotel even stopped to get all of our passengers a beer from a bar in town! Definitely recommend this company to everyone, very nice people!

Easy to find at airport. Van was ready to take us to the resort. The ride was good. The roads are pretty bumpy so just be prepared for a bumpy ride. Very good choice for transportation. Just make sure you have 2 copies of your voucher receipt printout. They took our copy at the airport and forgot to give it back for the return trip. It was easily fixed by the representative at the resort.

I was nervous about booking online - I was pleasantly surprised and impressed with the booking. Before I left, I received an email from Viator with details. When I landed in Punta Cana, I found the transfer company easily and within about 10-15 minutes we were on the road. The way back from the hotel to the airport was even better. They arrived exactly on time and in the right place. All in all, I am very happy I booked through Viator.

We had to change the date of the booking. We got a quick response from Viator, very helpful staff. The transfer was easy, and the driver picked us up right on time at the hotel coming back to the airport.

Whole experience was simple. Bought the roundtrip transfers online via Viator. Sent me the confirmation via email with the company name. Upon arrival to Punta Cana went straight to the desk. Bus was waiting. Bus was comfortable and cold AC. What more can you ask for! Return was just as easy. Desk at hotel advised us of pickup time. Bus was sitting waiting for us at the lobby on time.
