Very happy with the Viator service at Punta Cana! I was greeted with a huge smile, called by name (had reserved a few days before my trip), and led to a clean, cool, smooth van and introduced to the driver. Quick service to my resort... Highly Recommend, better than the bus!

It was very comfortable and smoothly arranged transport. Before depart we had to contact again to ensure and fix time. Only we were in a van , because no one start at that time from our hotel. The drivers were polite and find the esiest, shortest way.

Pick up at airport went well even though we couldn't locate our luggage for awhile,the driver was courteous and helpful. The van was clean and quite comfortable. Pick up at hotel was right on time. I found the reservation process to be convenient as well.

I would HIGHLY recommend it. It was the first time we used Viator in the three times we vacationed in Punta Cana,and we will only use Viator when we vacation in Punta Cana for transportation from and to the airport. The price can not be beat and the service was wonderful. The only way to travel!!!

Had a little trouble finding the service counter upon arrival in Punta Cana, but once found, we were wisked away to the waiting van and after one other stop, were brought directly to our resort. Would definitely use again. Thanks.

We purchased shared round trip transfer from the Punta Cana Airport to the hotel and it was great! In both occasions they were perfectly on time and the drivers super friendly and nice! Will recommend it 100%.
