I think this reservation was a good idea because Taxis were not readily available. I think that the price is reasonable. There were many transportation services present in the airport. I found my transportation easily by asking the locals. Watch out for the solicitors, there are many at the airport. I made sure to call a day in advance to schedule my return trip to the airport. Their timeliness is not strict, but not too bad and the driver will take the time to look for you. I will recommend this tour.

Beats going to different hotels to drop off others. It was a van for the 6 of us and a direct commute to start our vacation.

I highly recommend this service to anyone seeking an airport transfer in Punta Cana. The local contractor was excellent. My point of contact, was very responsive to my emails. I had no trouble finding my ride at the airport, as one of the employees was holding a big sign in the terminal. As a female traveling alone in a foreign country, safety was a big concern for me. I felt very safe during both transfers, and the drivers got me to my hotel and to the airport quickly. Thank you for providing excellent service!

Company was excellent to deal with. Easy to find at the airport. We shared our trip to the resort with another couple who were dropped off before us, but had a lovely chat with them and the van was large enough for all of us and their luggage comfortably. The driver was friendly (even stopped to let us get beer on the way). Pickup was on time, just us returning to the airport; very friendly and helpful driver. Definitely worth the money, and will use if we return to PC in the future.

The services were extremely excellent. Although the plane was an hour late, the airport attendant tried his best to accomodate our immediate transfer. Both drivers who managed our transfers were both very professional and offered commendable service. I highly recommend!!

My experience with Viator was great. I had some assist me as soon as i got my luggage. They brought me over to the Viator booth and i went right to the van and was off to my resort.
