Over the top. We saw whales and seals. as this trip is at the end of the season, our guide drove a small bus. The country side is beautiful, lots of photo opportunities. Even the leaves seemed to be at their peak. Yves took us thru small towns to point out things that we would not be able to see on a large bus. He had a sense of humor. the 3 hour trip to the boat could have been quite long, I brought a book to read and never opened the cover. I recommend this trip to anyone.

The whale watching experience was simply amazing. I am glad I chosed the zodiac because the experience was great from that little fast boat. Only minor issue, that it could have have extremely severe consequences, was the driving style of the bus driver that was "jaunty" to say the least. Other than that the experience was outstanding. Highly recommend.

excellent trip which started with the pick up from the hotel. The driver was friendly and professional. Our bus driver to the cruise was great and the cruise itself was fantastic. Beautiful country. Wales were beautiful.
Well worth it. Highly recommended.

Our guide was extremely knowledgeable, accomodating and very humorous. The whale watching was second to none as there were over 2 dozen whale sightings as well as over 100 seals swimming in the current at once. Very beautful scenery.

After living in Québec for several years, we finally tookt he plunge to go Whale Watching. It was a great experience!
The bus picked us up from Vieux Port and drove us on a scenice drive with a couple stops to stretch and grab so me food. The driver (Alaine Bélanger) was polite and informative.
We took the Zodiac and were not dissappointed! Our guide/captain was excellent and we enjoyed several whale sightings!
Hints: Dress warm, even on a summer day, the water and ride can be cold and wet! They say not to bring cameras, but every does without problems. The trip is Whale Watching and the whales have to be there and the captain capable of finding them, keep that in mind for the 3 hours you will be on the boat.
The return trip was quiet and relaxed, most of us resting after a long day.
I would highly recommed this Cruise and company!

It was an excellent trip. The only problem was a bit of confusion as to when we would be picked up at the hotel. (we were given two different times and the bus arrived at a third time --still got us there with plenty of time) The driver of the coach (Yves) was very good. His tour was informative and humourous and the drive is very scenic. The whale excursion on the zodiac was excellent and well worth it. The guide on the boat was very knowledgeable and was extremely enthusiastic throughout the tour.. If you take the zodiac tour and there is any wind you are going to get wet. (according to Yves there is always wind and about 10 degrees colder on the water--they say the water temperature is about 4 C) It would be advisable to bring a change of clothes if on the zodiac The gear they give you is good (jacket and pants) but it is not completely water tight.

We were fortunate to have good warm and calm weather. We chose the large boat and saw Minky whales and hump backed whales (the ones that show their tail flippers as they submerge). There were planty of whale sightings (July 2012).
The commentary on the boat was enthusiastic and informative. It was a super experience.
The boat was confortable and spacious.
The bus trip from Quebec City was approx 3 hours each way (including a comfort break). The bus was comfortable and the driver/guide was entertaining.
