this tour was awesome, our guide was so funny, he told us a lot of things about the city, , he took to us a bread house, delicious, a cooper museum, etc etc..we ate ice cream, bread with maple syrup
Nice mix of history and current information about the area. I loved Isle de Orleans as well as the fall and the basilica. The tour guide was funny and upbeat -- just what was needed on a very rainy day! Lovely.
Francois our bus driver and tour guide was witty, informative and engaging!
His sense of humour and extensive personal and historical tidbits made this tour
highly enjoyable and informative. Aside from Francois' personal contributions to the tour,
each stop the Copper shop, the chocolate shoppe, the maple cinnamon bun stop,
Montmorency Falls and Anne de Beaupre added it's' own unique appeal/attraction.
Thank you Francois! We would highly recommend this day trip!!
We missed our bus that came to pick us up. We were rescheduled for a later tour with no hassle at all. We were picked up and dropped off at our hotel and the tour was longer than advertised, by about an extra hour. The Falls were great. Our only regret is that we would have liked extra time at each stop. Highly recommended.
The guide, Gab, is very knowledgeable and informative of the history of Quebec. The ride was smooth. We had a great time!
the driver was very knowledgeable of the history of Quebec and the geography too. He even include real estate prices on the market while we were passing by.
Trip was much more than we expected. Weather was wet and rainy but tour/driver made it great.
Tour was excellent and guide was personable and interesting and helpful.
This tour was very nice and our guide was extremly knowledgable, especially on local culture. Saw the falls, the Church, stopped at a chocolate shop and a bread shop - for snacks. Since it was raining early in the tour, it was nice that he was able to rearrange the order of our stops so we could visit the falls once the rain had stopped.
Great big bus with air conditioning and very comfortable seats, Guide was extremely knowledgeable-FIrst stop was at I'le Orleans for sandwiches and/or chocolate, trip also included a stop at Montmorency Falls for abt 45 minutes which left enough time to catch the gondola ? to the top of the falls and buy lunch. Next stop at a copper art store with a guided tour, then on to St, Anne de Beaupre for an hour, Would definitely do this trip again
Excellent. it could have been a little bit longer, but there are probably those who feel it was long enough. The guide was very good, knowledgeable, and personable.
This tour is very very good. Tour guide is Fantastic. The places like Montmorency Falls, Chocolate Factory, Copper Museum, Church are very beautiful places and very much worth seeing. Hotel pick up and drop is an added advantage for this trip. My wife and kids enjoyed lot in this tour. It is good to have at least 1 hour at falls rather than 40 mins to enjoy the beauty of Montmorency falls
Vey good tour. Have been on this tour before. Wondering if there are not other points of interest. Tour stops make money on these hand over fist -- see the tourists coming!
All the sites were excellent and the tour guide gave us so much good information--we all loved it
Absolutely amazing. and our tour guide François was terrific! he was very knowledgeable and fun.
Everyone should do this tour you will not be disappointed!!
Much more than I expected. We spent a lot on souvenirs though so we have to be thrift for the rest of the month. Ste Anne de Beaupre is almost a worlds wonder. Maybe someday we go back.
Our tour was much more than we were expecting . We made more stops than described when we booked ,which was a pleasant surprise . Our driver was born and raised locally and gave us first- hand accounts of living in Quebec, he was even able to show us his childhood home. The falls and Basilica were beautiful despite the rain and the copper museum and quick stop at the chocolate shop were a day well spent. We would recommend the tour to anyone looking for an afternoon of sight seeing in Quebec !
This is a great tour with good stops at interesting places Our driver/guide was excellent and gave an interesting and informative commentary
My wife and I joined the Half Day Trip to Montmorency Falls and Saint Anne through viator.com. That was an excellent choice. It only costed 58 per person with hotel pick-up and drop-off. The coach bus was air conditioned and clean. The driver/guide had a lot of stories to tell and he shared a few jokes with us. He made 5 stops in 4.5 hours - Chocolaterie, Montmorency Falls, Copper Art Museum, Chef Marie's Bread Oven, Saint Anne de Beaupre. There was no rush at all, lots of time allowed to explore on your own.
Francoise was a wonderful tour guide! On this tour, we were able to see the places we hadn't had time to enjoy on our last trip. Of course the falls and the basilica were the highlights, but the countryside was so beautiful and Francoise was able to bring a very personal aspect to the area.
