Francois was an exceptional guide. Knowledgeable, interesting and entertaining. The walking tour was the best way to see the city and the pace was perfect for our group of mixed ages. We are still talking about how wonderful he was as our guide to Quebec!
Our tour guide, Judith, went far above and beyond our expectations. It was an outstanding tour of Old Quebec including history, architectural and the best place to find a croissant and coffee Paillard. I will definitely book with Viator again and request Judith for another tour.
Our 2 hour walking tour of Quebec City was extremely informative and fun. We did a private tour with our 3 children ages 9, 14 and 18 and it was enjoyable for everyone. Our tour guide, Margarita was wonderful and had so much knowledge and enthusiasm that I would highly recommend this tour for anyone wanting to experience the true feeling of Quebec City.
Great tour. Robert Simard was very entertaining and informative. It gives a lovely overview of the city and its history--a good basis for further touring.
Perfect way to see the city. Our tour guide judith was great. She was the history teacher you always wanted in school. Could have spent another 3 hours with her walking the city. We took a private tour which i highly recommend.
Though this was our 5th visit to the city this was our first guided walking tour. Two other couples who had never visited QC accompanied us during our 4 day visit. Our tour guide, Clarrise, was a delight. She was knowledgeable, professional, warm and engaging. We all greatly enjoyed this tour.
THIS tour was fanastic...recommend to anyone...so glad we took it educational and fun hightlight of our trip . Old Quebec is beautiful !
This tour introduced out group to Quebec City. Our guide Michele was excellent, very knowledgable and flexible given the ages of our group and the cold Quebec winter. Outstanding tour!
This tour was a high light of our visit to Quebec City. Our guide, Marie, was outstanding on our private tour.
A fantastic walking tour, extremely informative, we learnt so much and saw nooks that normally you would not experience. Judith is a very knowledgeable person with a great personality.
A MUST on anyone visiting Old Town Quebec for the first time
Best Tour for history...doing a private tour give you the opportunity to see what you want. It was raining a bit and we had a few with walking problems so the guide suggested we take the $2.00 bus up the hill. Denie was very knowledgeable. .funny...nice..We received a great history tour.
We had a private walking tour with Marie. We learned so much about the city that for the next few days, we revisited spots and knew what and why we were looking at. Wish we'd had the time for the Louise penny tour, as we had read all her books. Also took Marie's advice and went to some vineyards in the island, so we came home with ice wine as a souvenir. We'll be back!
I am generally a skeptic when doing “tourist” activities because they are typically overpriced and they under deliver. Nothing could be further from the that when reviewing our tour in Quebec City which was a tremendous value. Richard was our tour guide and he was fantastic!! My wife, myself and our 4 children aged 15 to 21 were all very satisfied with this tour, history and overall experience. Highly recommended. One thing we did was book the tour on our first full day in Quebec City so we could then leverage the input for the remainder of the week.
Our tour guide, Harry, was extremely knowledgeable about Quebec City. He gave us so much information about the history of the area and also the culture. He was not rushed at all and along the way gave us suggestions for things to go back to, restaurants and shopping. I will recommend his tour to friends who plan to visit next summer.
The three hour tour was good. Francois was very knowledgable about the city and it's history.
Great trip great tour... so much to see! I should have stayed a lot longer ! Our tour guide was Jocelyne. She was very knowledgeable. She had all the facts and good stories. Our tour went over time a little and she just troopered on. We wanted to get lunch after and she knew all the good spots in the area, and we chose one of her spots and service was good, they all spoke English. (that was a nice surprise.)
Good time and good tour I would recommend it to anyone.
This tour was wonderful. We could tell our guide loved his city. He knew his city and had a sense of humor. I appreciated that! Fun! We were moving the whole time, but was allowed to stay as long as we wanted at each stop. Very flexible. Take this tour you won't be disappointed.
Our three hours with Michael were quite a delight ! He is a super informative and friendly guide with a nice sense of humour. Our party of seven all really enjoyed the sights of Quebec, especially with Michael to explain and point out everything of interest. The three hours went by really fast and was really easy to do even for one with sciatica! I thoroughly recommend this tour, especially if you are lucky enough to get Michael as your guide.
Marie was a terrific guide. She was flexible and adapted the tour to our interests. She was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. She gave us good suggestions for other things to see, restaurants, and shops. We did a very comprehensive tour of the old city without rushing. An excellent tour.
Our tour guide, Harry, was extraordinary. He was so knowledgeable, friendly, and easy to talk to; we had the best time. He was so well informed about the history, politics, culture, architecture, religious history...I feel like we could have asked him anything. He also let our interests guide the tour and listened to our questions. It was well worth the price, and I would sign up for another tour with him instantly.
