The actual tour was outstanding. The tour guide was very informative and knowlegable. There were
many problems finding the tour bus no one there to help and answer questions.Had to place phone
call to your company to get on bus and lots of confusion as to what tour bus to geton. You need better
area to load and more assistance at point of departure
Apart from the total confusion sorting out all the different tours by the tour company at the start of the tour, the tour itself was excellent. The coach driver who was also the tour guide did an excellent job covering as much as possible within the time given for the tour - highly recommended.
Great tour guide we enjoyed every stop. Very interesting and grear strawberries on Orleans Island. I highly recommend this tour
Tour was amazing. Nice to see the Quebec countryside. Tour guide was informative, funny and very helpful with the older crowd. This is a tour not to be missed. The history of the Island ...stops include Saint Anne Church..the Falls..copper factory...chocolate stop..bakery..Great Tour and driver.
This was a wonderful tour. We won't hesitate to use your services in the future. Thank you.
The excursion was just what I thought it would have been it was excellent. The driver was very knowledgeable and presented himself very well. We docked at a dock much further than the terminal celebrity bussed us to outsibde the terminal and then we had to walk to the museum, The tour bus was able to drop us off at the dock and would have been able to pick us up there also.
It was great! Our group booked this tour and the guide was wonderful. We would recommend it to our friends. He knew a lot about the area and was happy to answer any of our questions. We felt it was a good tour for a reasonable price.
We enjoyed the tour very much. Of the events that were included we felt the chocolate factory, which was nothing more than a store selling chocolate and ice cream, was not necessary. If there were a tour of a factory making chocolate that would be better. Leave it out. The stop at the Bakery was nice to introduce you to maple butter, but again just an opportunity for the bakery to sell their product. The stop at the copper gallery was nice because it is family owned and operated. The daughter gave a brief history of her father, the primary artist, now deceased, and took the time to personalize the process they follow in creating their designs. Since Gilles did some work for St. Anne's that also added a personal touch when we visited the Shrine. There was no pressure to buy anything and the museum is beautiful. Montmorency Falls is very pretty and the tram ride was okay. There is a senior discount and the tour guide also provided us with discount coupons to ride the tram. That was very thoughtful. Although it is not necessary to take the tram to get to the top of the falls, if one did not start at the bottom many of the photo ops would not be available, so we didn't mind paying for the tram ride. St. Anne de Beaupre was gorgeous. I would like to have spent about another 10-15 minutes at the falls and at least another 30 minutes at St. Anne's. I had been there once as an 8 year old and enjoyed seeing it again. Overall we would suggest this tour but would like to see more time spent at Montmorency and St. Anne's.
We had a wonderful tour guide and the sights of Quebec City, Montmorency Falls, and Ste-Anne-de-Beaupre were amazing. Our guide also took us to a store where beautiful copper artifacts are manufactured. For us this was one of the highlights of the tour. We highly recommend this excursion.
When the Regatta docked 1 and 1/2 miles from where it was scheduled to park, I called the locale number on our vouchers. They arranged for the bus to come right to the pier where the Regatta was docked and picked us up there. The tour itself was wonderful. Quebec was the port we liked best.
I have already recommended Viator to friends who are planning a cruise in late December.
It was great being able to talk with y'all at Viator when the internet was not enough for me.
