Yes it was a five star. Guide was excellent and walk was very doable for us seniors. We learned a tremendous amount. Onlly negative was that the weather was freezing and we were not adequately equipped.

It was great! We really enjoyed going through some of the neighborhoods instead of the stop near the bottom of the funicular. We were able to walk that part on our own on the way back to the ship. It was a great overview again which is what we wanted. The driver did an excellent job. How do you spell Franchua?

We LOVED Quebec City as shown us by the wonderful Elaine! She had so much joie de vivre and love for the city. We look forward to coming back. Traveling with Viator was effortless and really delightful.

This was a good general city tour. A lot of time was lost in the beginning just collecting the passengers

The tour and it's content we're great. Good locations to visit. The driver/guide,Brian,was appalling. He talked constantly for hours and most of it was NOT about the tour venues or the history,it was about him and about how he was about to park the bus. If we had not been in such a remote location, we would have got off. I wrote to the tour company on their website to complain but never heard back.
I would recommend the tour to a friend but advise them "not to go" if Brian was the driver.

Worked well. Entertaining guide. On reflection, perhaps we would have liked as lightly longer and wider view of the city including a ferry crossing.

Once again, another disappointment. This time the driver kept us waiting 45 mintutes for 2 people, even tho the bus was full. Others on the bus had other tours to met following this one and missed out because it ran late. As a result our tour was cut short and no compensation was offered. The driver was rattled and no one seemed to know what to do. No fault of the driver or the new fellow that was trying his best to get things rolling. Very disorganized.
