Thoroughly enjoyed tour beautiful city. Guide Jean was both knowledgeable and entertaining.
Gary was a great tour guide and the tour was very comprehensive. The price paid was less expensive than onboard excursions. We enjoyed ourselves and would recommend Viator to all our friend.s
The tour director was fantastic. She was very informative, gracious, helpful and had a great sense of humor. She made the excursion very enjoyable. The bus was very comfortable and the sites we saw were quite beautiful and interesting.
Beautiful city. Enjoyed every minute. Tourguide was knowledgable and thorough. Thanks!
This was a great introduction to Quebec. John-Pierre, our tour guide, did an outstanding job of discussing the history of Quebec with his own brand of humor.
We loved the trip. The guide was very sharp, enjoyable and knew her history. Timing was perfect.
Great tour of the city everything was excellent would recdommend to all
I wrote my review for this tour under the Montmorency Falls space. We also liked this tour. The Falls were amazing and the church was beyond beautiful. We also liked the stop at the copper shop. The shop has 7 employees, all ladies and they are all part the family of the founder. They make all the lovely copper products. Nothing from China in that shop!
very informative and just what I needed to get to know the city..filled up my whole dau.
Yes it was a five star. Guide was excellent and walk was very doable for us seniors. We learned a tremendous amount. Onlly negative was that the weather was freezing and we were not adequately equipped.
It was great! We really enjoyed going through some of the neighborhoods instead of the stop near the bottom of the funicular. We were able to walk that part on our own on the way back to the ship. It was a great overview again which is what we wanted. The driver did an excellent job. How do you spell Franchua?
We LOVED Quebec City as shown us by the wonderful Elaine! She had so much joie de vivre and love for the city. We look forward to coming back. Traveling with Viator was effortless and really delightful.
We came to town on a cruise, and had a little confusion about where and what kind of shuttle to catch to take us to the tour. Once on the tour, we were satisfied.
The tour provided a quick overview of Quebec City. Great way to become familiar with the city.
The tour and the tour guide/driver were great. He gave us lots of information about the places we were seeing and I felt the tour was very thorough. We were on a cruise ship and were picked up on the street. It was somewhat confusing as to where we were to meet and we were not told that we would be picked up by a van and transported to the bus. There was lots of construction at the museum we were picked up by so that might have added to the confusion. A sign with your name would be very helpful.
The scenery wonderful, the tour guide wonderful. Only negative was trying to find where to board. Confusing and nobody standing out to help direct us.
Great tour, took us places the Ship Tours did not. However, when coming in by ship it is impossible to verify reservation by phone 24 hours or even 1 hour in advance. Poor instructions as to which tour company and bus was to pick us up. I was looking for a Viator tour bus.
Unfortunately, we had to miss this tour as my husband was not feeling well. I am sure that it lived up to the other tours we have scheduled with Viator in the past
We had the tour on the day of the bike race so we were not able to see some areas of the older parts of the city. Our guide and driver were very resourceful as we came to blocked streets and had to alter our route. Our guide was very knowledgeable and gave lots of interesting information. He had to depart from his usual tour information because of all the route changes and he did a excellent, witty job.
One comment - we were supposed to be delivered back to our ship. Because of blocked streets we were going to be let off on a street well above the dock area. This wouldn't have been a problem if one of our party wasn't handicapped and unable to walk down hill. Between them the driver and guide figured out that we could be taken to the train station so we could get a taxi to our ship from there. Our bus was not a regular tour bus (as it had been described) so it had no bathroom. At the station the only bathrooms were on the 2nd floor with no elevators. It seemed in general that handicapped people were not thought of. Despite that our guide and driver did a great job in difficult circumstances
This was a good general city tour. A lot of time was lost in the beginning just collecting the passengers
