Action packed day and was loads of fun - was my boyfriend's first time white water rafting and he was smiling the whole time! Highly recommend the helicopter ride to the drop in point for rafting! I hired a head cam for rafting which turned out some terrific footage of our time rafting the river! Another unforgettable day which we thoroughly enjoyed!
I really appreciate Viator refunding the portion of the excursion that could not be carried out due to high river waters caused by the unusual heavy rains. We could not book for another day as this date was the last day our tour would be in Queenstown. Viator understood the situation and approved a refund. I appreciated Viator's customer friendly attitude. Because of this, I will definitely book future excursions with Viator. Thanks, Viator!
I thought the trip was fantastic. Jet boating the Shotover is a must, and the white water rafting was terrific. I had been on a better helicopter ride previously, but it made sense to do the whole thing as a package.
The Triple challenge was great; all activities were fun and the guides looked after us well!

I was scared and refused to go on the rafting and the helicopter ride, but everyone at the triple challenge were great. Our rafting leaders were excellent and I had the time of my life. I think I want to take up rafting as a hobbie now!
Excellent value for money, very organised, amazing views from the helicopter. A full 6 hours of full on fun!!!! Definitely a must do!
Unfortunately the helicopter portion was canceled but the Shotover Jet and rafting experiences were both fun!

This was the best day my husband and I have had for a long time. We come out feeling totally invigorated. The whole day was brilliant, and most of all we were very impressed with how safety was the big issue. Well organised and very professional...well done! Well worth the money...would do it again in a heartbeat.
Jet boat ride last about 30 mins, was exciting travelling at high speeds and doing 360 degree spins! The experienced driver takes you very close to the rock formations which adds an element of danger. Helicopter ride is great if you've never been in one, otherwise the the sights from above are ordinary. White water rafting was disappointing. The class 3-5 rapids are an overstatement and most of the time you are paddling on still waters.
Jetboat fantastic, helicopter great, whitewater rafting had good rapids but would have been better in a smaller groups. 6-8 rafts on the water at a time and for safety each raft has to wait for the next. However good instruction and care by guides on the safety side so no worries about accidents. Great fun!
