Fantastic experience but slightly costly considering. We arrived at the lagoon while still dark, and this made the trip even more enjoyable. Coach transfers were OK, but more information could have been given regarding the changing over from one bus to another during the day. Take flip flops to the lagoon as the decking is freezing. Gulfoss and Geysir are very close together, so no worries about long travel times, but take some refreshments as it is a long day and no food is provided. There are canteen and cafe stops along the way, but they are expensive. Best advice is if staying in a hotel that provides breakfast, make up some sandwiches before the coach picks you up. All in all, a great day with some fantastic scenery.

This was a brilliant day. The Blue Lagoon was beautiful, had about 2 hours there, could've spent longer; however, this was plenty of time to see and experience the lagoon. Great facilities also--cafe, spotless changing areas, hairdryers, toiletries etc. The afternoon was great if you only have a short time in Iceland, the geysers and waterfalls are pretty stunning, as is the scenery during the journey. Very efficient tour, excellent tour guide, definitely would recommend this.

Superb experience of all the tours. Glacier walking was very good, but not for inexperienced above 60, which should mentioned in the brochure. Would be nice to have a bit simpler walk. The guides were both superb very helpful and supportive.

The name of the tour operator should have been provided by Viator as a couple of other tours also collected from our hotel, and as we didn't know the operator, we had to check with all the drivers to ensure we were on the right tour coach. Also, perhaps it should have been mentioned by Viator in their information that we would have to get off the coach at the tour operator office. We had a short wait whilst other people from other hotels arrived by minibus and then were directed to the coach for our tour.

The trip, however, completely lived up to our expectation. The Blue Lagoon was fantastic, and you are dropped off there just as it opens so you have are ahead of any crowds. We had two hours there, enough time to spend well over an hour in the lagoon, and a bite to eat in the cafe. The coach took us back to the tour operator's office, where we had another short wait to pick up another coach for the Gulfoss and Geysir Express Tour. The scenery is really diverse and the tour guide gave us lots of information and even a story about Iceland's "hidden people"! Pingllar where the North American and Eurasian plates meet is stunning scenery, as is the spectacular Gulfoss waterfalls, and the Geysirs spouted on cue too. There were plenty of stops for comfort breaks and to buy something to eat and souvenirs. All in all a long and exhilarating day that I would definitely recommend.

Blue lagoon is a very nice place. This place I feel like heaven. I like this place very much. If you like spas, spend half day in there. Recommend it.

Such a great day! Even though the weather was unpredictable - rain one minute, sun the next, to strong winds - its definitely worth doing! Met some great people along the way on this tour which also made for a great day!

We were picked up from our hotel and taken to the HQ, where we were issued with our tickets. The first part of the trip was basically a drop off in a mini bus with no tour guide, they then ask you what time you want to be picked up. The cost of entry into the blue lagoon isn't included but I would really recommend going in as the lagoon itself is totally amazing, and well worth the money. Surrounded by snow capped mountains, it was totally stunning. The lagoon is run very well and you can hire everything from swimming costumes to towels and bath robes. It was totally magical and a completely relaxing experience. The mini bus then picks you up and takes you back to HQ for the second part of the trip. It's quite a long coach drive, but the tour guide was wonderful and clearly not reading from a script, which made it all the more interesting. He not only told us about the landscape and the history as we drove through it but we also learned a lot about Icelandic people and their traditions. Driving through beautiful landscape we were taken to various points of interest, which included Gullfoss and Geysir and a volcanic crater. Be careful at Gullfoss as it is very slippery but a totally amazing waterfall, with spectacular 360 views all round. Geysir is as equally as amazing. There isn't much there but the geyser goes off every 7-8 mins so plenty time to watch this wonder of nature. Overall a wonderful but long day, I would suggest taking a packed lunch of some kind although there are rest stops along the way you don't really get chance to do much else that use the loo. But worth every single penny.

The Blue Lagoon was amazing, much more than we expected despite the stormy weather and hail! All the snow just made the photos even better. Our afternoon trip was cancelled due to storms but we were given the option of doing it the following day and I'm so glad we did. Gullfoss is beautiful, the geysirs are impressive and heaps of snow added to the experience - everyone even piled out of the bus to help a stranded driver. Guides were good and the staff helpful, although the trips were a little late in leaving.
