This was excellent! We recently toured Milan with Viator and were very pleased. We're looking forward to our visit in August.

This is a great way to see some amazing sights when you have limited time.

The name of the tour operator should have been provided by Viator as a couple of other tours also collected from our hotel, and as we didn't know the operator, we had to check with all the drivers to ensure we were on the right tour coach. Also, perhaps it should have been mentioned by Viator in their information that we would have to get off the coach at the tour operator office. We had a short wait whilst other people from other hotels arrived by minibus and then were directed to the coach for our tour.
The trip, however, completely lived up to our expectation. The Blue Lagoon was fantastic, and you are dropped off there just as it opens so you have are ahead of any crowds. We had two hours there, enough time to spend well over an hour in the lagoon, and a bite to eat in the cafe. The coach took us back to the tour operator's office, where we had another short wait to pick up another coach for the Gulfoss and Geysir Express Tour. The scenery is really diverse and the tour guide gave us lots of information and even a story about Iceland's "hidden people"! Pingllar where the North American and Eurasian plates meet is stunning scenery, as is the spectacular Gulfoss waterfalls, and the Geysirs spouted on cue too. There were plenty of stops for comfort breaks and to buy something to eat and souvenirs. All in all a long and exhilarating day that I would definitely recommend.
Blue lagoon is a very nice place. This place I feel like heaven. I like this place very much. If you like spas, spend half day in there. Recommend it.

Such a great day! Even though the weather was unpredictable - rain one minute, sun the next, to strong winds - its definitely worth doing! Met some great people along the way on this tour which also made for a great day!

We were picked up from our hotel and taken to the HQ, where we were issued with our tickets. The first part of the trip was basically a drop off in a mini bus with no tour guide, they then ask you what time you want to be picked up. The cost of entry into the blue lagoon isn't included but I would really recommend going in as the lagoon itself is totally amazing, and well worth the money. Surrounded by snow capped mountains, it was totally stunning. The lagoon is run very well and you can hire everything from swimming costumes to towels and bath robes. It was totally magical and a completely relaxing experience. The mini bus then picks you up and takes you back to HQ for the second part of the trip. It's quite a long coach drive, but the tour guide was wonderful and clearly not reading from a script, which made it all the more interesting. He not only told us about the landscape and the history as we drove through it but we also learned a lot about Icelandic people and their traditions. Driving through beautiful landscape we were taken to various points of interest, which included Gullfoss and Geysir and a volcanic crater. Be careful at Gullfoss as it is very slippery but a totally amazing waterfall, with spectacular 360 views all round. Geysir is as equally as amazing. There isn't much there but the geyser goes off every 7-8 mins so plenty time to watch this wonder of nature. Overall a wonderful but long day, I would suggest taking a packed lunch of some kind although there are rest stops along the way you don't really get chance to do much else that use the loo. But worth every single penny.

The Blue Lagoon was amazing, much more than we expected despite the stormy weather and hail! All the snow just made the photos even better. Our afternoon trip was cancelled due to storms but we were given the option of doing it the following day and I'm so glad we did. Gullfoss is beautiful, the geysirs are impressive and heaps of snow added to the experience - everyone even piled out of the bus to help a stranded driver. Guides were good and the staff helpful, although the trips were a little late in leaving.

The locations were fantastic, and the landscape was beautiful. The guide was also very good. This is definitely the trip to do if you are short of time as we were. What we didn't like were all the bus changes, though. We had one bus from the hotel, another one at the Viator office to Blue Lagoon, another one from Viator office to Geysir and Gulfoss. It's not pleasant to hang around outside waiting for buses when the weather is cold.

Loved the Blue Lagoon - such a unique setting, and we loved swimming around in the hot water. Gulfoss is impressive. We saw Niagara a few years ago, and it's hard to top that! And the thermal area around Geysir is fascinating. Geysir itself only erupts once or twice a day, so we weren't lucky enough to see that, but Strokkur erupts every five minutes or so, and is impressive enough by itself. The trip also takes in the Thingvellir national park and lake, and shows you the join between the European and American tectonic plates - not something you see every day! The guide gave us lots of commentary on what we saw and the history of Iceland in general, and if his English wasn't totally fluent it was still a lot better than my Icelandic or any other European language.

The Blue Lagoon was amazing. We got there when it opened at 10am. We were the first in the lagoon and it was still dark when we got in. Magical is the best word to describe it. We were then collected, taken back to Reykjavik and then went out for the afternoon to Gulfoss and the Geysirs. This also was very good, although due to the short days we visited in December we only had 7 minutes at the Geysirs and 10 minutes and the volcanic lake, to ensure we got to Gulfoss in time before the sunset. It was definitely worth seeing Gulfoss as it is spectacular, but it was all a little bit rushed.

The only down side to this tour was the small amount of time spent at the lagoon. I would recommend at least 3 hours as a minimum.

The morning at Blue Lagoon was amazing and a real must do. The afternoon is worth doing but a long time on the bus - Gulfoss is breathtaking though! The tour company are very professional.

We thoroughly enjoyed our trip. The Blue Lagoon was as beautiful as expected and quiet in the morning. It was getting very busy around lunchtime! The tour was factual and fun, lots of local knowledge and a friendly approach. We highly recommend the trip, a way of seeing lots in a small amount of time.
