Golden Circle Super Jeep Tour and Snow Scooter activity
First stop is the Thingvellir National Park, which has a special place in the hearts of Icelanders for its historical importance and geological uniqueness. It was here that Iceland's first Parliament was founded in 930AD and the views from here over Iceland's rough terrain are stunning.
Continue along mountain tracks to experience the many bubbling and spouting hot springs at the geothermal area of Geysir. The geysers explode every few minutes and are an amazing spectacle. Next the jeep heads to the majestic double cascade waterfall of Gullfoss, where you can feel the spray of the glacial water on your face. The highlight of the trip gives you the chance to get even closer to Iceland's nature on an exhilirating snowmobiling tour on Langjkull, Iceland's second largest glacier.
After an action-packed day the jeep passes through the countryside en-route to Reykjavik, making a stop at the greenhouse village of Hverageroi, from where many of Iceland's vegetables are supplied. A truly memorable trip encompassing many of the natural wonders of this beautiful island.

Absolute highlight of the holiday for me, well organised and great fun too. Make sure to dress warm though

Excellent. We have been to Iceland 4 times before and visited all the places on this tour many times so maybe we weren't so amazed at some of the sights as the other people on our tour. But the snowmobiling was amazing. Lucky we did the tour in reverse though as wouldn't have been so good arrving later at the snowmobiling equipment hut. Only thing is it was really pointless going in the super jeep as there wasn't enough off roading to make it exciting. We picked up many leaflets of other companies who did off roading combined with the snowmobiling so we would do that if we came again.
