Two guys that were doing the guiding for the day were awesome, really helpful and came across very interested.
Good to see the sights, nothing massively overwhelming for me. Bring your camera!
Really enjoyed the Snowmobiling, First time doing it and picked it up in a few min. Was over too quickly as these things always are.
Fabulous tour with interactive guides who love to answer questions. You will learn more about life in Iceland than in any travel books. Guilfloss was unbelievable and my husband loved the glacier snowmobile in a snowstorm. Guilfloss hass a terrific tourist shop, contemporary styling and jewel colors in sweaters, all of much higher quality than in the city.
This was FABULOUS! We had such a great day! Snowmobiling was fun, but scary. The tour guide was wonderful!
Excellent!! The scenery was breathtaking. Snowmobile equipment was in excellent condition as well outfit, equipment plus boots. The guide added some extra stops at another waterfall and feeding horses. This tour is a must!!!!
We didn't complete this tour due to me slipping and breaking my wrist so missed out on the snow mobiling. The part of the Golden Circke tour we did complete was brilliant and our driver/tour guide and the super jeep was brillant. The tour cmany wete very good in arranging for me to get to hospital.
Excellent - the guide was very friendly, the transport was comfortable and the snowmobiling was thrilling!
This was a fabulous experience that left us with a real sense of well being. The tour guide was fantastic and I would recommend this trip to anyone visiting Iceland. It was worth every penny.
Had a brilliant day - good mix between sightseeing and adventure - snowmobiles great fun
A superb day with a lively guide who took time to show us everything along the way and answer every question we had - and there were many. Highlights - EVERYTHING including deep snow which was enhance by very good weather, which s a bit unusual in Iceland. The monster jeep is awesome. Well worth every penny.
The tour is well worth the money. We spent all day with our guide, who was absolutely brill. Visited the geysers, the waterfalls etc. Then in the afternoon went snowmobiling. The guides were really good with us as we had never done anything like this before. Pretty scary driving through a snow blizzard!!! But it was worth every penny. Would def recommend and do again, hopefully in a bit better condition... ha!
The guides were fantastic. Very efficient and fun. You have more than adequate time at each location. The snowmobiling was exceptional- other than your group, you basically have the whole glacier to yourself. Really breathtaking.
Nicholas and Jon were great and patient guides! We got to see it all and while I was a chicken to drive my own snowmobile up and down ice, I piggybacked on Jon's and that was awesome! it was quite the adventure to get there via super jeep and some massive rock crawling for the last 20 mins or so but so cool to drive up a glacier! the snowsuits were great and meant we didn't have to bundle up much as they were very warm! The visit to Thingvellir was great as I had gone snorkeling in Silfra and it was a great perspective. Gulfoss was beautiful even though we didn't get the sunshine to have a rainbow and Geysir was cool and went off often so we could get picks without rushing too badly. Overall, a great trip!
Excellent experience! Really excited to get the chance to sit in one of those giant jeep and got the best view to see the snowy mountain! Being engaged in the glacier snowmobiling is an unforgettable memory and experience. ITS FUN!
Very nice excursion but a little pricey: they could include the meat soup lunch for that amount ;-)
Such a shame we missed the glaciers and waterfall. But was an absolute experience. Stuck in about 3/4 foot of snow.. snowmobiling is amazing, it would be my new hobbies if we had that much snow.
The tour was very good. The guide also was good not excellent but really good. The only let down was that they didn't give us free time for the snowmobiling. They kept us in line behind the guide all the time.
Unfortunately the weather was not suitable for a decent snowmobiling adventure. There was a blizzard and could not really see much except concentrating on following the person in front so as not to get lost,
Would have been a great tour if not for horrible guide gusfin who told tasteless inappropriate jokes n said f word throughout. Worst is our snowmobile not working n I asked to switch he said "what u want a taxi instead? Another tourist couple switched ;later he offered to switch with them but not us
