Excellent tour guide and driver. Weather was poor, but well worth the time and money. Hope to go back in the summer
This was an informative and remarkable tour. Loved the Geysir and actually caught it on video. The Gulfoss waterfall was a bit too much for my sister to walk the pathway to so I hung back with her. My cousins made the trek and took amazing pictures and videos. Our tour guide was exceptionally funny and kept everyone intrigued with his facts and information.
We had a great guide who was passionate about Iceland and its beauty and who was very informative. The tour was very enjoyable and in a short time we got to see a lot of Iceland's amazing beauty.
A quick, but excellent half-day trip. All the sights were able to be covered, with quick stops at each, during this short-of-daylight time of year. Well worth taking this tour if you are in Reykjavik in December!
Despite the long drive, it was well worth it. Incredible scenery, enhanced by the terrific commentary given by our guide.
Since we had a short time in Iceland, this tour was perfect for us. We were able to relax in the morning and then take the bus tour that gave a quick overview of many of the highlights of Iceland. The waterfall was beautiful and the geyser was interesting. Nowhere near as exciting as Old Faithful, but definitely worth seeing. The prices of everything in Iceland are extremely high by US standards, and that includes the food at the visitor's centers where we stopped on this tour, and the gift shop items. Fortunately, the restrooms took credit cards if you didn't have the appropriate Iceland coins! Yes, they charged a dollar or two to use the restrooms at the visitor center! Our tour guide, Ziggy, was very friendly and very informative about Iceland lore. We especially enjoyed his stories about fairies.
Even though we fell asleep for the beginning of the tour jet lag we enjoyed the experience and our guide Jakob sp was great! We would recommend this tour to anyone.
This trip was a great overview of the Golden Circle and the guide was quite entertaining.
Best trip ever! We had the best driver and tour guide ever! Our guide's name was Swan and he was very good at his job. If you dont have much time in Iceland make sure at the very least you take this 1/2 day tour - well worth it!
These tours were excellent. Our tour guide Simone was excellent. Make sure you take ater and some sandwiches and 2 x 100 Kronar for toilets. You can always use your credit cards. We had a nice sunny day and the views were sepctacular
Simona did a wonderful job and the views were spectacular. The most was made from a day with not the best weather. Thank you.
Great tour for the price. Guide was informative and stops were the right amount of time.
It is absolutely amazing trip. Very convenient transportation, pick up from a hotel, amazing guides, a lot of interesting information and , of course, this tour shows absolutely stunning beauty of Iceland. Highly recommend to everyone who wants to see Iceland and learn more about it! Thank you very much for this trip!
I really enjoyed this tour. Great value for money. The guide was excellent, not only for the quality of his English but also his historical knowledge of Iceland. Would highly recommend.
Even though it was rainy and cold this was a great trip. Our guide was knowledgeable and friendly. The only thing I was sad about was it said we would go to the crater Kerid. We didn't stop there though and no mention was made. We did get a bonus stop at a church where our guide sang in Icelandic.
This is a totally amazing tour. The guide was very informative and she was very passionate about Iceland and gave a lot of background and history information! The locations we visited were excellent. They are the sort of places you see in pictures so to go there in person was truly amazing. We went in February and there was a fair bit of snow and it was cold on the hands when taking pictures but if you wrap up ypu will be fine. I would 200 recommend this tour and Iceland in general. Once you have been once you will go back again. We are going back February 2016 for a third time! Great value!!!!!
I really liked this tour. The landscape is very Interesting and I have never seen a geyser before.
Excellent tour guide, driver and locations! Definitely different from what I remember when I took this tour 15 years ago. I definitely recommend trying the lamb soup at Gulfoss waterfalls! By far, one of the better meals I had in Reykjavik!
Great trip even though it was abit rainy and foggy. Give you a great quick look at these 3 great areas of the country.
