Excellent trip. Guide was very knowledgeable. Very good itinerary. Well worth going on.
Very interesting tour and our guide was very well informed and told us everything you would need to know about the history of Iceland and present day Iceland .
All the stops were interesting and we had sufficient time at each one.
It was very windy the day we went and the lamb soup that has been recommended on other reviews was very welcome!!
Really good. Lots of great photo opportunities. The guide really knew his stuff.
The tour was very enjoyable. We had 8 travelers from 4 year old to senior citizen along, and there was something to be enjoyed by everyone.
We loved this tour. It was the perfect length, the busses were good, the sights stunning and our guide really worked for his money and knew what he was talking about. One minor improvement might be suggested: Ask people to hold on to their seats as there was a struggle for seats after every stop
Sites were gorgeous, guide was excellent, transport was very comfortable
This was the tour that made me want to live in Iceland. Lol but seriously it was a fantastic tour! The tour guide was knowledgeable and was in a way funny. It really was indeed a vacation to remember.
Very good tour, informative guide, great sites and plenty of time at each stop to get out and take pics, stretch legs and enjoy.
This was a fantastic way to spend the afternoon while visiting the island of Iceland. Not only to see the Gulfoss Waterfall, but the Geysir and Thingvellir National Park all in the same day, was an exhilarating experience. I would definitely book this trip if you have only a short time in Iceland. You see an awful lot in a relatively short period of time. Our guide, John, was humorous but not over the top funny and extremely knowledgeable.
Must experience. You may have seen Niagara, but this is a different kettle of fish. much less commercial, no one coaxing you to buy stuff, its just you and the waterfall. Its very windy and very cold, so be appropriately covered up. There is a little restaurant at the top of a highland here, and you can go up and try their Lamb soup which is an Icelandic delicacy, and very comforting in the freezing cold!! Must see!
This is a must do tour and shows some of the natural wonders of Iceland. Unfortunately the weather was pretty bad when we went, but still the tour was amazing and our guide was very informative. We managed to take lots of photographs and also got some good ones of the geysir! I can't wait to go back. I would recommend this tour to anyone visiting Iceland.
The motor coach was quite comfortable. The stars of the afternoon were of courst the natural wonders!. The guide was extremely knowledgeble and very easy to uderstand, unlike another tour we had experienced. She was always available to answer questions at each site we visited. On the return leg to Reykjavik we even had a surprise stop at another waterfall which was quite beautiful. And on returning tot he city the bus driver made several stops to drop us off at a preferred location for our convienence. We found that the half day tour at 6 hours was plenty long for our enjoyment. I would highly recommend this tour.
