Even though it was rainy and cold this was a great trip. Our guide was knowledgeable and friendly. The only thing I was sad about was it said we would go to the crater Kerid. We didn't stop there though and no mention was made. We did get a bonus stop at a church where our guide sang in Icelandic.
This is a totally amazing tour. The guide was very informative and she was very passionate about Iceland and gave a lot of background and history information! The locations we visited were excellent. They are the sort of places you see in pictures so to go there in person was truly amazing. We went in February and there was a fair bit of snow and it was cold on the hands when taking pictures but if you wrap up ypu will be fine. I would 200 recommend this tour and Iceland in general. Once you have been once you will go back again. We are going back February 2016 for a third time! Great value!!!!!
I really liked this tour. The landscape is very Interesting and I have never seen a geyser before.
Excellent tour guide, driver and locations! Definitely different from what I remember when I took this tour 15 years ago. I definitely recommend trying the lamb soup at Gulfoss waterfalls! By far, one of the better meals I had in Reykjavik!
Great trip even though it was abit rainy and foggy. Give you a great quick look at these 3 great areas of the country.
The tour guide and bus driver were very helpful, patient and knowledgable. Learned a lot about Iceland other than visiting the sites. Despite tough weather conditions I felt safe and had fun during the tour. The transfers to and from the hotel were seamless and very easy. I would tour with you again any time.
Excellent trip. Guide was very knowledgeable. Very good itinerary. Well worth going on.
Very interesting tour and our guide was very well informed and told us everything you would need to know about the history of Iceland and present day Iceland .
All the stops were interesting and we had sufficient time at each one.
It was very windy the day we went and the lamb soup that has been recommended on other reviews was very welcome!!
Really good. Lots of great photo opportunities. The guide really knew his stuff.
The tour was very enjoyable. We had 8 travelers from 4 year old to senior citizen along, and there was something to be enjoyed by everyone.
We loved this tour. It was the perfect length, the busses were good, the sights stunning and our guide really worked for his money and knew what he was talking about. One minor improvement might be suggested: Ask people to hold on to their seats as there was a struggle for seats after every stop
Sites were gorgeous, guide was excellent, transport was very comfortable
This was the tour that made me want to live in Iceland. Lol but seriously it was a fantastic tour! The tour guide was knowledgeable and was in a way funny. It really was indeed a vacation to remember.
Very good tour, informative guide, great sites and plenty of time at each stop to get out and take pics, stretch legs and enjoy.
This was a fantastic way to spend the afternoon while visiting the island of Iceland. Not only to see the Gulfoss Waterfall, but the Geysir and Thingvellir National Park all in the same day, was an exhilarating experience. I would definitely book this trip if you have only a short time in Iceland. You see an awful lot in a relatively short period of time. Our guide, John, was humorous but not over the top funny and extremely knowledgeable.
