We were unlucky with the tour being cancelled for the first 2 nights due to weather then the 3rd night it went ahead but no lights were seen. It seems unfair that the client has to shoulder all the cost of a no show trip, it would be fairer if you got 50 percent back rather than a 50 percent discount of another night which could also fail.

Sadly enough, the viewing of the northern lights was obscured by clouds. Good try, we did see a little.

Our guide could not have tried harder to find the Northern Lights but they were so faint this evening - a real shame.

Despite 'perfect weather conditions' to see the Northern Lights we had no luck at all. Instead we spent 5 hours on a cold coach. Of course if we had seen the lights the trip would have been amazing, but it's horribly disappointing for those of us who do pay all that money and end up seeing nothing, as the trip really doesn't offer any consolation in these circumstances.

It depends how the weather is that night. If it is a little cloudy or raining, you can't see the lights.

Unfortunately, on the night of the trip the skies were overcast and the guide could not show us the Northern Lights. We travelled in a coach for 6 hours and didn't leave the coach except for a rest stop on the outward journey. Better luck for future travellers!

Very disappointing as it is not guaranteed and we didn't see anything. I couldn't recommend this.

This was very disappointing!!! My tour was cancelled twice due to the weather. I could understand this but when I did get to go, we were told it was going to be a good night but we didn't see anything!!!! The tour company offered a 50 off voucher for those that were staying in Iceland but would not give it to those that were planning to return again in the future. A waste of money tour.
