It made things so easy and the driver was extremely friendly
I was met at the airport by a nice helpful driver and safely taken to my hotel in Reykjavik. I met a tour group the next day and spent five days touring the southern part of Iceland and I loved it! Hopefully I will be able to come back and bring my family to enjoy a longer stay in Iceland. Friendly people, interesting, beautiful scenery!
Glad we booked the transfer as we arrived at 23:30. We were met in arrivals and our driver was very helpful and got us to our hotel within 45mins.
We arrived at the airport ahead of all the large transfer buses.

Our driver was waiting patiently for us when we arrived and smiled at us even though he had been waiting for a while as our luggage was the last of the plane, but someones has to be last. He pointed out some places to us on the way in while it was still daylight and also answered some questions. All in all very pleased with our transfer. Will use again and will be back again this year.

We were greeted at the arrival area with our name. We were pleased with the service and would recommend it highly. This private party service is way better compared to the big bus. The price is not much higher and there is no wait for everybody and no trasnfer later to a smaller bus in town,
We had a wonderful experience with Viator.com. Our transfer was there when we left the baggage area and the driver was very nice. He drove us rapidly to our destination in Reykjavik. I would recommend!
Good start to our visit, driver was waiting and took us to the hotel without any hasle
Our minivan was there to meet us, and the cheerful driver with my name sign, even though the flight had been delayed. We then went direct to the hotel so it was the easiest arrival at Reykjavik.

Great service. The drivers wife arriving husband departure - we very friendly. The vehicle was extremely clean inside and comfortable. Plenty of room for 4 large pieces of luggage.

Our arrival check in was delayed, and our luggage didn't arrive and the reporting took quite a bit of time, but our driver waited for us. We were very appreciative.
