We were picked up promptly at the ship and delivered to another bus that took us to the Blue Lagoon. Everything was on time.
On the return, we were one of only two couples on the bus and were driven directly to the ship so we had plenty of time before we sailed.
The vehicles were very clean and the drivers professional. I would use Viator again.

We were very satified with the transport to Blue Lagoon and return journey. The driver also asked if we would like to be dropped of at the ship or in the capital. If you are going to Iceland the Blue Lagoon is a MUST. Excellent operator.

Prompt and professional drivers. Only "problem" was that when we were picked up at the ship in a mini van, we thought we would be going directly to the Blue Lagoon. Instead, we were dropped off at the office in town to pick up our tickets (I thought our prepaid voucher was our ticket, but it was not). We had to wait in line at the office to convert our voucher to a bus ticket and then had to board a large bus to go to the Lagoon. However, on the return trip, we were dropped off directly at the ship. Blue Lagoon was wonderful!

It is better to tell us beforehand not to looking for representative of Viator when we get out of the cruise ship but looking for a tour bus with 'Reykjavik Excursion:Blue Lagoon ' Label !!!

The trip consisted purely of transport to and from the Blue Lagoon which is well worth a visit. The tour operator did not turn up at the ship and it took several phone calls to sort it out. When we finally managed to arrange transport, the service was good and the price reasonable.

Blue Lagoon was fantastic but issue at start of the trip when the bus driver did not have us on his list and even though I showed him the booking confirmation he drove off without us. Phoned the agent who sent a driver out to pick us up immediately and caught up with the bus at another pick up point. The lady from the office was excellent in sorting this out for us quickly having recognised their error, but disappointing that we had all the hassle of sorting it out after the driver wouldn't accept our Viator voucher even though it was for his bus!

No problem with being collected from the port. friendly driver. however we arranged to be collected at 15:00 as our ship was leaving for norway at 16:30. When a minibus arrived to collect it seemed another couple had arranged a later trip back but said they had booked an earlier one! we where left without any room left on the minibus. there seemed no way to challenge the couple that they had indeed booked the eralier bus back so taking up our seats. an offer to send another minbus from the company was ok but would have meant waiting for 30 mins with kids plus tighter on time to get our ship before it left. I spotted a crew coach that was leaving to go back to the ship so arranged for all of us to join them and canceled the offer of the extra minbus. the only thing i would advise is a a proper way to confirm a time back so people cant jump the queue without some evidence.
