The fishing was really good, the crew fun and helpful, and cooking and eating the fish right on board was awesome!

The tour guides were great, they were efficient and organized and very inviting. The fish was prepared well and it was delicious! Everyone caught something that ended up on our plates in the end so it was a fantastic experience all around!

Wow! If you enjoy fishing, do this tour. We pulled out so much cod, it was incredible. We kept some of the best fish and the crew BBQ'd it on board!

Booked myself and husband on this fishing trip as it was a 60th birthday treat for husband. He is a very keen fisherman but I was not really looking forward to it at all! However, I couldn't believe how many fish I reeled in and enjoyed the tasty meal cooked by our captain. We met super friendly 'fisher folk' and despite speaking various languages we all had a good time. Would definitely recommend this trip to fishermen and fishing widows alike!

This was an amazing trip, we were in a fishing boat with around 20 others and were kitted out with waterproofs and wellies, it was so exciting we all caught fish ,mostly very large cod the sea was very calm. I did not want the trip to end we were on a cruise and we booked this privately through viator , we were picked up in a mini-bus from the port and taken to the harbour it was our 1st time sea angling and this was certainly the highlight of our holiday. Where better to fish for cod than Iceland. thankyou viator.

We are from the Big Island of Hawaii, and used to fishing, qnd not so much catching..not so in Iceland. Everyone on board caught multiple fish, thanks to the captain and first mate, they were great company, and very aware of their seas. We had a calm, sunny, beautiful day, nicest day of our seven. We were treated to a great bbq of our fresh catch, and had lots to spare. We say a variety of both fish and birds. Even Puffins. This tour is lots of bang for the buck. Very nice gal in check in booth too. Go fishing In Iceland, you will have fun.

4 hours and didn't catch anything even though other people on the boat caught 10+ big fish. Good thing the BBQ is for everyone and not just those who caught! Was a fun time, but chilly, dress warmly. Do it!
