This was an amazing trip, you can make as long or short as you want. Castles and villages along the way were breathtaking. You can't visit this region and skip this cruise. It's a must do!
Before booking my tickets I had read all the positive reviews and was sure my trip would be no different...and it wasn't! We had a wonderful time. They offered plenty of opportunities to get off the boat and explore the small towns along the Rhine, but if you decided not to, the views from the boat were pretty incredible. Only a brief description is provided of the castles, but they did offer books on the ship which I'm sure give more detail. Overall, I'd definitely recommend this cruise.
Excellent. Very fortunate to have a beautiful day and spent it outside on the upper deck. Extremely well organised and wished we had more time to get off and explore some of the towns along the way. Lost count of the number of castles but having some announcements in English along the way helpful. Very nice ferry, great food and spotlessly clean. Given half a chance would definitely do again!
Very relaxing river cruise. Beautiful views during the whole trip. We would recommend this trip to everyone.
The Rhine cruise was just great. The booking online, picking up of tickets and friendliness of staff was excellent. The service on board was first class as was the actual cruise. Koblenz to Rudesheim is a magnificent stretch of the Rhine to view the many lovely German towns and castles.
Overall a memorable experience.
Koblenz is an interesting City in an exceptional situation with the two rivers and a cable car ride to enjoy as well as a good base to take advantage of the many cruise boats.
Perfect! Very professional, clean and high quality vessel and service. Enjoyed our trip and will definitely recommend to others!
We enjoyed a relaxing tour up river from Koblenz to Rudesheim. There were numerous opportunities to photograph the beautiful and historic castles of the Rhine.
My wife and I booked this trip online and when we arrived at the ticket booth in Koblenz the lady was extremely nice, spoke English and answered all out questions. The boat ride was wonderful, the crew were accommodating, and we got off at a couple of places; went shopping, toured a castle, and relaxed again on the ride back to Koblenz. This was so much fun and inexpensive, I know we will do it again one day.
Very nice relaxing trip up and down the Rhine. I would highly recommend this trip. A very unique way to see Germany. Make sure that you check the scheduled departures because the boats only pick up 2 -3 times per day. Best bet is to get to your point of departure before 8:30.
We really enjoyed the Rhine River Cruise! It was just beautiful to see the charming vineyards, towns and castles from the Rhine River.
VERY GOOD EXPERIENCE! THE STAFF AND PRICES ARE VERY GOOD! OKAY FOOD AND DRINKS. RECOMMEND IT TO EVERYONE.
It was a beautiful experience and I would recomment it highly.
Our trip of 15 seniors was great. The scenery is fantastic. The service on board was very good and the prices affordable.

The trip on the Rhine from Koblenz to the small town of Kaub was wonderful. Plenty to see on both sides of the river. With the advanced tickets bought in the USA we had no trouble with boarding . The town of Kaub was so nice and we had a great lunch and time to sightsee.
The scenery was beautiful! This cruise was much better than I was anticipating. Highly recommended as a great activity for the morning or afternoon.
We enjoyed the trip with beautiful scenery, good service and a very comfortable boat.
Our cruise was fantastic. The ship was bigger and nicer than I expected for the great price. We relaxed the whole afternoon. The wine was delicious. The staff were terrific. The guide did an terrific job too. Kudos to the cruise company for a job well done.
We liked it but could have used more information on times of arrival at various towns along the route.
Our trip down the Rhine was fantastic! We changed our departure point to Boppard since our hotel was across the street from the KD ramp, and there was absolutely no problem. The staff on board were very accommodating, and the food and drinks were great. We got on and off to visit castles and towns. I would strongly recommend this to anyone traveling to Germany.
Great tour!! This is a beautiful section of the Rhine; you can see castles at every bend, and vineyards everywhere. If you're traveling in the fall, be aware that the river is often very foggy in the morning - if you want to be able to see up the sides, recommend you not start until 11am or so.
Also, even though this pass is a "hop-on, hop-off" pass, the boats aren't frequent enough to truly use it for that. More likely, if you start by 9 or 11 am, you'll be able to pick one or two towns to stop without missing the last boat on the daily timetable.
The boats are large and comfortable, and the staff very friendly; careful if you're sitting outside on the 'Goethe', they blow the steam-horn!
Stayed in St Goar across from the tour docks -- Beautiful view of the Rhine. For a simple day activity this is just the thing. You will see a number of castles and vineyards lining the Rhine. How do they grow on a side hill like that!! Ride was smooth - weather - a chamber of commerce day-- price is right. Give it a try.
Great Day cruising down the Rhine, we had chosen this option instead of rail to our next destination, Bacharach. Relaxing with plenty of seating to chose from, very panoramic. Recommend this when travelling from Koblenz to next accommodation. All vouchers accepted without question. Booking in advance is a good idea as these trips are very popular.
It was a wonderful experience to see the castles and relax at the same time. However, it was somewhat of boring for my teenage daughter. I just hope that the boat's schedule would have allowed more hop-on/hop-off stops to explore the passing towns. I still would recommend the trip, especially for someone who likes history.
