My wife and I booked this trip online and when we arrived at the ticket booth in Koblenz the lady was extremely nice, spoke English and answered all out questions. The boat ride was wonderful, the crew were accommodating, and we got off at a couple of places; went shopping, toured a castle, and relaxed again on the ride back to Koblenz. This was so much fun and inexpensive, I know we will do it again one day.
Very nice relaxing trip up and down the Rhine. I would highly recommend this trip. A very unique way to see Germany. Make sure that you check the scheduled departures because the boats only pick up 2 -3 times per day. Best bet is to get to your point of departure before 8:30.
We enjoyed a relaxing tour up river from Koblenz to Rudesheim. There were numerous opportunities to photograph the beautiful and historic castles of the Rhine.
It was a beautiful experience and I would recomment it highly.
We really enjoyed the Rhine River Cruise! It was just beautiful to see the charming vineyards, towns and castles from the Rhine River.

Our trip of 15 seniors was great. The scenery is fantastic. The service on board was very good and the prices affordable.
The trip on the Rhine from Koblenz to the small town of Kaub was wonderful. Plenty to see on both sides of the river. With the advanced tickets bought in the USA we had no trouble with boarding . The town of Kaub was so nice and we had a great lunch and time to sightsee.
The scenery was beautiful! This cruise was much better than I was anticipating. Highly recommended as a great activity for the morning or afternoon.

Our cruise was fantastic. The ship was bigger and nicer than I expected for the great price. We relaxed the whole afternoon. The wine was delicious. The staff were terrific. The guide did an terrific job too. Kudos to the cruise company for a job well done.
Our trip down the Rhine was fantastic! We changed our departure point to Boppard since our hotel was across the street from the KD ramp, and there was absolutely no problem. The staff on board were very accommodating, and the food and drinks were great. We got on and off to visit castles and towns. I would strongly recommend this to anyone traveling to Germany.
We liked it but could have used more information on times of arrival at various towns along the route.
A very relaxing day was spent travelling on the Rhine, although it was a very long day and you need to ensure you have the timetable with you to plan where you are going to get on and off. The water levels were low when we were there, so they did not stop at all stops. Otherwise, a relaxing day with magnificent views of castles along the way. Well worth it.
It was a great trip although a bit too long. 5/5 1/2 hours would be better.
Much more information on history of castles, towns, etc. would have been appreciated.
Staff were very cordial and efficient. Good washroom facilities. Very good value for the money. Would recommend it to others.
