Read the other reviews before booking, booked anyway, and I don't really see what they were complaining about. This was a great day out, definitely one of the best in Rio. The boat ride is a blast, the scenery is spectacular, the swimming is perfect. This isn't a guided-by-the-hand experience and that's what I really liked about it. Do it!

This was a great trip out to Buzios. The service was good from the hotel pickup to the drop off. In Buzios, we were on our own to sightsee and take a tour of about 12 islands. I will use the services of this tour operator again when I return to Rio de Janeiro.

Of the six tours I did in Rio, this is the one I enjoyed the most.

Excellent location and friendly guide.

AWESOME! I wish they told us to bring out swim suits as a boat tour was optional.

There was a delay to pick us up in the morning, so we arrived to Buzios one hour later. The guide was ok. It is more a transfer service than a tour per se. The trip by boat is not included.

We didn't get to go to Buzios and were disappointed by that. But the trip to Sepetiba Bay did turn out nice.

It actually took three hours each way to Buzios. There was not much in the way of commentary from the guide. If you don't take the 2-hour boat ride you are stuck in the town for about 4-hours. You could go to the beach or walk in the town with a bunch of touristy shops. The boat ride was nice. They made 4 stops where you could dive off the boat and swim in the clear water. That was worth it, but should have been included in the tour price.

We booked this tour from Rio in order to visit different places around the cosmopolitain city. Unfortunately, this tour turns out to be only a private coach transfer from Rio to Buzios and that is it. Once you arrive, different activities are suggested to you, like a cruise around the bay or a coach tour around the peninsula. Both activities are very expensive. Maybe this tour could include one of the proposed activities and also include a walking guided tour of the old town. One thing for sure is that this place is very beautiful. There are plenty of shops, restaurants, cafes, beaches for you to relax and have a good time.

The boat was disappointing! It actually takes you just around the bay.

Indeed this tour gets put off constantly because there's not enough "quorum" of attendants.

Buzios was amazing definitely go see it. But it was suppose to take about 2hours to get there and instead it took 4 hours. Wish we could've spent more time there. Also tour guide asks if you want to stop at a t-shirt shop on your way say "NO" trust me not worth the waste of time.
