The theatre itself is a bit tired and the seating is in chairs around a rasied stage - feels more like a school hall. The actual show is worth it for the costumes. It is a lot of fun if yuo accept it for what it is - Broadway it isn't ! But glad we did it.

Buffet dinner was really good, I don't eat meat but there was an array of fish dishes. The show was a disappointment as was expecting London west end standard production . Apparently there is a story of the show through the history of brazil, but apart from the first two dances I couldn't really distinguish this. Still it was worth seeing. Warning about the drinks- I ordered a gin and tonic which was so strong it was undrinkable so I sent it back and replaced it with a Caipirinha which I managed to drink but was the strongest ever and not pleasant and extremely expensive! I think maybe they charged me for the drink I sent back. Therefore probably a safer bet to get a beer or a soft drink.
