My only complaint is that I was very displeased that the operator didn't have an answering machine at their office. The voucher said to call 24 hours prior to your reserved time and when we called the phone just rang.

The crew was great and kept the outing fun however they didn't do the boom net as shown in many reviews (which we were looking forward to) and the snorkeling wasn't very good as the entire group was herded through a reef and then directly back to the boat (I had expected like most other snorkeling tours I had done that once we were in the reef area we'd be allowed to explore around at a leisure rather than being herded hurriedly through a mostly dead reef). We didn't get to see much in the water in terms of sealife I think mostly due to the hurried nature and swimming in a pack of 30 people and trying to avoid getting kicked by others. The swimming in the protected bay was great and a good way to finish the day

My wife and I enjoyed it! The sailing, snorkeling and swimming could not have been better. The staff was very accommodating. Beer and rum punch was plentiful. Lunch was poor. The sandwiches were premade and tasted like cardboard. No guacamole or tortillas as advertised.

It was an awesome day trip! The crew was great, the lunch was good, and the boat was clean. The only thing I would mention is that is was a rocky ride out to where we snorkeled, so not for those with a uneasy stomach. Would do it again!
