Excellent Tour Guides - Fabio and Irene?, accommodation in Sorreto was excellent. Food was good in all locations. Naples tour for 45 minutes was a waste of time.

At first, i want to join a 2-day tour, but I am glad that I finally chose to go 3 days which make the trip more relaxing and enjoyable. Although the last day is free-time, we were suggested to hire a car for 5-hours to tour around Positani and Amarfi. The 5-hour dirve package offered by the same agent is professionally handled with the driver also acting as a tour guide. All tour guides for Naples, Pompeii, Sorrento and Capri are so professional and the arrangements are just good and well done. Viator, you have found the right partners at these places. Keep it up.

Highly recommended! The tour guides were knowledgeable, helpful and spoke English well enough. They offered extra items to the tour (at an additional cost) that were wonderful!

The bus ride was comfortable and well organized. The drivers did a remarkable job of squeezing through those tiny streets. The hotel was fantastic (at least on the second night). The first night we were placed in a small room with windows leading into an airshaft, and close to the kitchen (laundry?). We asked about another room but were told they were booked up, try in the morning. While on a tour the staff moved us into a spectacular room, at the edge of a cliff, with fantastic views of Sorrento and Vesuvias. The sunset was amazing!!! The hotel service and food was excellent even though we were not exactley appropriately dressed. We ate our food off the veranda, away from the main room which gave it that "exclusive" feel. Bring plenty of "tip money" because the tour leaders certainly deserved it, as well as the hotel staff. Luckily we were able to make it into the Blue Grotto (we were the last boat). It is not to be missed. We were picked up at our hotel and dropped off nearby, only a short walk away. This trip was well worth the cost considering the transportation, guides, tours, meals, and hotel. This is definitely the way to see Italy!!!

Fantastic trip!!!! Pompeii was incredible a MUST see, and Mirium, our guide was a wealth of information! Sorrento was so beautiful we will vacation there again for a longer period. Our hotel room at the Ambasatorri was gorgeous, with a large balcony overlooking the sea, just beautiful! Capri was outstanding and Sasha, our guide was well versed and a lot of fun! Truly a trip to take, we enjoyed it more than Rome (and we loved Rome)!

This was our 2nd Viator trip on one week. We felt secure and well informed with each event of our trip. We wanted to venture out on our own and were given train times and fees. After days of clouds and rain we arrive in Sorrento. The sun came out to reveal everything we hoped to see. Our hotel was perfect, service was most gracious. Even a closed Grotto couldn't dampen the day. Our guide arranged a great driver to take us down the Amalfi coast. By planning early you get the better fees.
Thank you Viator!

Except for Naples which is a very dirty city and nothing much to offer but a waste of time. Everything is great, particularly Sorrento and Capri. Very nice hotel good food and romantic and nice ambiance. Sascha, our guide is the best.

Was one of the highlights of our trip. Could improve on smallboat into Blue Grotto. That part was rushed and cramped. Two people per smallboat and an extra 3 minutes inside.

As I said itwas great. Already recommend your company to friend.

Overall, the trip was wonderful! Hotel in Sorrento was much nicer than I was expecting. If this tour has to include Naples, though, I would recommend going to the Naples Musuem, instead of the walking tour. It was very hard to hear the guide with all the street noise and the size of our group.

AMAZING!!! The hotel was beyond beautiful! Right on the water with a great view from the balcony. Everything was included- all meals, entrance fees, and transportation. The included meals were not great, so we got our own dinner one night. Well worth it though! Just the right balance of guided tour time and free time.
