This trip is A must see. Our tour guide was great, very informative and was more than happy to answer all our question related or not. Because of the time of year we ended up with private tour with no extra change. Would definitely recommend this tour.
This was awesome, we had the luck that there were only 3 of us next to our guide Alfredo.
Alfredo was very kind and he knows so much about the city of rome and it's history.

Fantastic tour. Tour was at a great pace, we weren't rushed along and the guide was really knowledgable.

Alfredo our guide lived up to his reputation. Luckily for us there were only three on the tour and Alfredo's descriptions and knowledge gave us a wonderful overview of Ancient Rome. He answered all our questions and more and I would highly recommend this tour to all.
The tour was great. Michela was our tour guide and she was very knowledgeable. I had my grandmother with us who did not move too fast but our guide was very understanding. There is a lot of walking, if you are not up to 3 hours on your feet this is not the tour for you.

Brilliant Tour. Our guide was Alfredo (I think was his name) . He was very informative and you could tell he enjoyed his work and had a genuine interest in all that he spoke about. Some people may miss the extra charge for your entrance into the Colosseum and Roman Forum. It is on the page so be aware. Well worth the money though and a bonus if Alfredo is your guide.
Great tour guide! She was an archeologist and really knew her stuff. We took the morning tour in early Oct and it was still quite hot in the Forum so take a drink and hat.

Amazing tour with an Archeologist by trade, had amazing perspective and learned so much in the 3 hour tour.
Alfredo, (from the Enjoy Italy group) was a wonderful tour guide! My husband and I sincerely appreciated his taking the time to not only talk about the sites but to also relay the historical time line and give us a "Western Civ" refresher and put the sites and events in context. The Ancient Rome Half-Day walking tour was my favorite in Italy. The entire tour was 'first-class' all the way! The guide offered wonderful insight to all of the stops on our walking tour including the Colosseum, the Roman Forum, Trevi Fountain, and a few others. The guide was friendly, patient, and loaded with historical facts about Rome. I cannot think of a better way to start your Roman adventure then taking this tour offered by Viator. It is very much worth your time and money. Enjoy!
