We did this as our first tour when we got into Rome - it covered all the important things and was great! I recommended to everyone. You end at the Colosseum so you can spend as much extra time there as you like!

The guide was wonderful. She spoke very good English. She was the perfect tour guide for the ancient Rome walking tour, as she knew all of the history, and had grown up in Rome and studied it her whole life. We had an excellent time, we got to see and learn so much, and it was more than worth the money.

LOVED IT, LOVED IT, LOVED IT. My husband and I did this the day we arrived, so we would have less jet lag, and it was the perfect thing. You didn't have to think, you simply went, and used your headset to listen, so you could stop and take pictures, or get gelato. It was relaxing actually. And she made everything seem so much richer with her knowledge. The tour guide also went above and beyond the time of the tour, which was nice because at no point did we feel rushed, or like tourist cattle. This was the highlight of our trip, hands down.

This was a great tour with a good guide. It took us to most 'city' sites & the guide had great knowledge of each. The Forum was a little rushed towards the end of the tour & could have had more time allocated to it. Generally a very good tour.

The tour guide was great! She was very knowledgeable about Rome, its ancient and current buildings. She was also very accommodating to the members in the group if they wanted to take pictures and things. Overall it was a great experience for someone who did not know much about Ancient Rome.
