The tour was both informative and enjoyable. The shuttle pick up was prompt, the guide knowledgeable and friendly, the lunch at the winery was filling, and the destinations were all very interesting. I highly recommend this tour to anyone who wants to see a bit of the Italian countryside and hill towns without spending a lot of time on the road. We were back in Rome in time for more sightseeing and dinner.

Assisi and Orvieto are beautiful villages. This tour was the best part of our Italy vacation. It's an excellent escape from the crowded cities. The lunch was a full three-course meal at a nice restaurant, and we even got to buy some of the local wine before heading back to Rome. Highly recommended.

A great way to see the beauty Umbria has to offer! Orvieto is a must see. Assisi was breath of fresh air from Rome!

Everything we expected and more! Orvieto and Assisi are beautiful. Would have liked to spend more time vacationing in either of these areas. Plenty of time to enjoy and take in all areas on interest. Lunch at the Agritourismo location was fantastic and a beautiful site.

Terrific tour. On time. Great guide. Love using mini-bus instead of tour bus. Lunch was wonderful and everything was interesting.

Highly recommended! The day trip was led by a wonderful guide. We usually do not do pre-packaged or organized tours, preferring to explore on our own. So glad we made an exception. Although long, the bus ride was even enjoyable, providing breathtaking scenery. The lunch was delicious, exceeding our expectations. For a one day trip from Rome, it doesn't get much better.

This trip was definitely worthwhile, we all enjoyed it. We did have some trouble understanding our guide. His English was just OK. Nice guy with the knowledge to lead this tour, but we just had a little trouble understanding him.

Great trip, good guide. The lunch was nice. A very long day though, with a long ride back to Rome.

We would have loved to spend more time in Assisi. Aside from that, the trip was well worth it. And Orvieto was beautiful - extraordinary, in fact.

Tour company picked us up from hotel and delivered us back to the hotel. The bus has air conditioning. We saw everything we signed up to see. Our bus driver was amazing. Our tour guide was a little inexperienced. Overall, it was a very nice tour.
