Having left our hotel at 7am in the pouring rain, we expected a soggy seat in St Peter's Square. Imagine our surprise and delight when we discovered that we would be attending mass to be said by Pope Benedict in the Basilica. A once in a lifetime experience. Then to complete the morning, as it was a Holy Day, the Pope then came to the window to say the Angelus and speak to the crowds. We couldn't have asked for more.

The Papal audience was a wonderful experience. Thank you for making it easy.

It was an unexpected surprise to be picked up from our hotel. And we were given information on the sights on the way to the Vatican, which was also appreciated. And when we arrived at St Peter's square we were lead through to our seats without having to wait in a long line. We had a wonderful experience. It was well worth booking before our trip.

I used Viator to set up all of our tours in Italy. This made things very easy for us because all we had to do was show up at the designated locations, which were easy to find. This allowed us to maximize our trip/vacation and alleviated any stress of having to plan our trip/tours on the spot.

Seeing the Pope was the highlight of our time in Rome. We were lucky to be able to go to Castel Gandolpho. We were in a group of pilgrims and felt that it was a very personal experience.

What can we say - when in Rome you simply must spend time at the Vatican and hear the Pope speak. It's wonderful.

It was a wonderful experience. People playing music, chanting, singing. Then the Holy Father appeared and blessed the congregation. It was like a fountain of love and blessings! Very peaceful, joyous, happy and harmonious. Thank you Viator.

Well organized, and efficient! Only complaint was the gift shop with only expensive medals, etc. Also false information given about mailing postcards, has been 2.5 weeks, and still the cards haven't been received in the US!

It was a little difficult finding the pick-up location. Since we had changed hotels and had not been able to communicate with the tour company, we opted to meet the tour at the Centernal Termini pick up. The tour was good, we had seats on the fourth row and near the aisle. We also got a good movie of the Pope in his Popemobile.

The tour coordinator was fantastic and informative and ensured we got good seating locations, and also provided commentary on the way to the Vatican on some of the areas.

The tour was well organized. The tour guide was friendly and knowledgeable. With the tickets there was access to general seating in St. Peter's Square. It was such a terrific and memorable experience! Well worth the money for the convenience.

From reading all the reviews, I thought we would be closer to the Pope but we were able to take pictures of him on the big screen. It was definitely worth going to.

Though he didn't drive down the path 2 people away from us, it was a thrill to be there, and we ended up with awesome seats. Being religiously unaffiliated, I was quite moved by the experience.

It was worth doing. Though it could be improved, not well organized, nothing in Italy was. Maybe that's why I loved the country.
