I absolutely enjoyed the trip to Capri.

My wife, son, two friends who traveled to Rome with us, and I took the Rome to Capri tour. Almost everything ran like clockwork from our pickup at our hotel to drop off at the end of the long and exciting day. The guide we had on the bus ride from Rome to the Naples port was pleasant, knowledgeable, and had an excellent command of the English language. She mentioned some interesting sites along our route and, along with the excellent driver, got us to the port of Naples on time. Our guide for the actual trip to Capri was excellent. He knew how to organize people and move us through the crowed areas efficiently. The Blue Grotto boats were backlogged and he wisely suggested we view some of the other areas of the island. It turned out that the grotto was closed later in the day but our guide quickly got another guide to give us a tour of the beautiful island. The tour went perfect and nobody complained about missing Blue Grotto at all. Our son even had time to take a quick swim before we had to make our boat back to Naples where our bus and original guide took us back to Rome. If I had to be critical of any aspects of the tour, I would say that the furniture tour could have been eliminated. Nobody in our group had much interest in the inlaid tables, we were more interested in the Limoncello factory! We had a great time.

This was amazing - we loved it! The tour guide was great, the trip on the bus was very good, and the place, Capri, is one of the most beautiful places on Earth, a must if you go Italy.

If you love the ocean, this is the tour for you because you'll be seeing plenty of it! The quaint island of Capri has much to offer from the Blue Grotto, to a chairlift with amazing views. If you are not scared of heights it is a must do if you want to see the famous faraglioni rock formations in the middle of the beautiful blue Mediterranean, but on the other side of the isola - and of course delightful shopping. The tour guide takes you to a couple of places like a shop to try out the limoncello and a perfume shop - must get both because that is what they specialize in. The smell of flowers will delight you, absolutely wonderful!! This tour was spectacular and this time of year it was not too hot or too crowded, I have heard nightmares about the summer's here, especially when you are waiting for the blue grotto. By the way, the small boat operators will ask for tip that's really how they make their living, they rely heavily on tourism since they have no industry on the island. We provided 1 euro per person. The food on this tour could have been better, but who cares, you're in Capri!!

The trip to Capri was memorable. The island itself is beautiful and all of the tour guides were very pleasant and helpful. My wife and I want to return to Capri for our next vacation.

This trip is great if you have an extra day and would like to get out of Rome. It was very well put together. The Blue Grotto was amazing and the island itself was beautiful. There was also free time scheduled in so you had some time to do some shopping after the tour. I would absolutely recommend it to anyone!

Beautiful trip. The Blue Grotto is lovely although we didn't have much time to enjoy it, be prepared because you only stay there for 5 minutes top. The guides were very nice and did their best to hurry us so we could see the Blue Grotto as soon as possible. I was glad that we didn't have to wait too long to see it, because instead of going by boat to the Grotto we went on a mini bus and got there ahead of a lot of people. This ride was also a bit of an adventure because when it comes to driving Italians are crazy! But this way we had a nice view of the island that we wouldn't have otherwise. The island itself is breathtaking and the views are great. Overall you get a taste of Capri and Anacapri and for me it was more than enough.

The pickup was on time; everything was very organized. Would recommend stopping earlier on the bus ride for snacks after the 6:45am pickup. The meal in Capri was not good. The Grotto was closed, but the boat tour instead was very good; unable to hear guide. Hydrofoil had no A/C, but we loved the day.

This was a great service, we picked us up at our apartment in the morning and dropped us off at night. We enjoyed the stop at Cassino in both directions for a restroom break, coffee, and shopping. Blue Grotto was closed due to sea conditions, but we had a nice boat tour around the island. The ride to Anacapri in the bus was exciting due to the narrow road with hairpin turns. We had a delicious lunch and a great day.

This was good, and we were fortunate enough to get into the grotto, although it took a large chunk of our day. We only got about an hour to walk around Anacapri, and that is just not enough time to see the island. We enjoyed being on the Mediterranean Sea; that was cool. The food was fine.

Capri is a beautiful place and the Blue Grotto was cool to see. The only negative comment I have is that the included meal was really not very good.

It was great, but we were disappointed that we could not go to the Blue Grotto since it was raining. No other tour was offered, which was disappointing.

This tour was very well organized and efficient. The Blue Grotto was unavailable because of the weather, but overall the trip was still a success.

Our bus tour guide on the way to Napoli and the island of Capri was very helpful and knowledgeable. However, our tour guide in Capri did not interact with the group nor give us information about the island. He left us to wander on our own.
