Capri is a beautiful place and the Blue Grotto was cool to see. The only negative comment I have is that the included meal was really not very good.

It was great, but we were disappointed that we could not go to the Blue Grotto since it was raining. No other tour was offered, which was disappointing.

This tour was very well organized and efficient. The Blue Grotto was unavailable because of the weather, but overall the trip was still a success.

Our bus tour guide on the way to Napoli and the island of Capri was very helpful and knowledgeable. However, our tour guide in Capri did not interact with the group nor give us information about the island. He left us to wander on our own.

We could have been given more time to go around Capri.

The grotto was a lot smaller than we expected. We also didn't expect to be in the cavern for less than two minutes! The trip is worth it for the view.

This was my best tour, but we wished we could have spent more time on the island of Capri.

I'm not sure if the tour or the place made this great but it's definitely worth doing. The man rowing the boat in the Blue Grotto grabbed me inappropriately several times but I guess that's Italy.

The trip was fine even though the Blue Grotto was closed. That was just the luck of the draw. Our local guide made up for it by hiring a boat and running us round the south of the island instead, and at the end of the day I had no feelings of being cheated or short-changed. It's a wonderful place and a lovely island. The included lunch was OK but not brilliant, but what do you expect? Drinks with lunch were not included. All in all, we had a good day out and high quality guides.

We had a great day; however, the tour guide was uninterested, and the lunch wasn't very good. We didn't get dropped back at our hotel after the trip, so we had a 15 minute walk back; the tour was advertised as including hotel pickup and drop-off.

Lunch was included, but not the drinks. I think this should be disclosed. It was a bit surprising to pay €5 for a very small drink. We did not get to do the Blue Grotto, but that was not Viator's fault. Pino was very nice. Thanks!

We never felt rushed. There was time to shop and enjoy walking around. The timing was perfect for the itinerary. The only thing I didn't like was the lunch; it was pretty mediocre, and the restaurant nickel-and-dimed us for wine, coffee, and dessert. We should have been warned about that. Other than that, I highly recommend this tour, it was beautiful.

I did enjoy the day trip to Capri, and think it is a lovely island. As entrance to the Blue Grotto was not possible that day, we were instead taken on a boat tour around the south side of the island, which I thought was a good substitute. I would have liked to have been given more information about the history and culture of Capri. Also, as with many tours I have experienced, we were taken to shops geared towards tourists where the shopkeepers tried to coax us into purchasing overpriced local goods. I always find this very off-putting, and think it would be preferable to be taken to places where the local people shop. Not enough free time, but otherwise a good day.

The bus trip is long and boring, and our guide had no microphone so we couldn't hear anything about the various points of interest we passed. But Capri was worth it. This was a wonderful day.

A great trip. Well worth doing. Our only complaint is that the tour guide could use a microphone and PA system on the bus.
